January 2012: Expect More

So here we are in the long awaited year of 2012. You may have found that you went on a big spring clean of your life in the days and weeks leading up to the new year, feeling like you didn’t want to take any baggage, job, relationship, living situation or other circumstance into 2012 unless it truly felt right and good for you – even if it meant jumping into the unknown having no idea what’s waiting for you. While this can be true on one level for any new year, this year there is a stronger sense of urgency: that now is the time to act, to change, to shift, to let go. We are reaching deeper into our souls for all the courage and strength we can muster to do what we know we have to do. Whereas in past years circumstances may not have ‘allowed’ us to make changes, this year we are saying “Hang the circumstances, I have to make this change/go for my dreams/follow the call of my heart and soul even if I have no clue as to how it’s going to happen or work out.”

For some, this may mean you’re travelling pretty light right now having let go of a lot, but that’s okay – all the more room to start fresh with new situations that are totally in alignment with who you really are. This total alignment pull will be like a magnet steering us in the right direction. Much like a radio dial needing to be exactly on the right station for a clear signal, so too we are all going to be pulled into our exact right stations – anything different just won’t feel right. Again while this has been happening our whole life to a degree, this year it will take on a completely new level. Where we meandered, took detours and procrastinated, this will be no longer. We are hitting the highway and moving directly straight ahead! Some will experience this as feeling very excited and even if you have no clear sense of what exactly you’re doing or where exactly you’re going, you absolutely know you are heading in the right direction simply because you know you are no longer heading in the wrong direction!

Others might temporarily experience this as being in limbo – you’ve let go of whatever you had to let go of, yet you aren’t moving forward in the way you’d like. Know that while you might feel like you are standing still, a lot is happening energetically within you and in front of you. Your ‘future’ self is sweeping the broom along the road ahead clearing the path for you, so even if you aren’t feeling movement things are progressing and happening. Rather than feeling frustrated, it is helpful to ask yourself: why am I choosing my current situation? Get out your pen and journal and start writing and see what comes through. If you are doing all you can to move forward but aren’t there is likely something still serving you (or you believe it is still serving you) about your present circumstances. The more clear you are about what that is, the faster you can move to a space of feeling a sense of appreciation and calm about your NOW, and the easier you can shift into the path that has been prepared for you.

This spring cleaning energy will stay with us throughout the year as we will continually be called to move into greater authenticity, shedding anything that existed primarily due to fears based in the old illusion reality. This year integrity and authenticity override fear. This is such a strong theme that it is worth repeating: this year integrity and authenticity override fear. This is true on both a personal and global level. Our new ‘real’ reality is overriding the old ‘illusion’ reality, therefore many of us are actioning change we’ve wanted to make for years but have always been too scared, or didn’t know how to do it, or even know if it was possible. For those leaving ‘secure’ well paying jobs, long term relationships or established homes/locations to follow your dreams and hearts, (more numbers of you than ever did this leading up to this new year), well meaning friends and family may be saying “What are you going to do?? You’re crazy!” You find yourself replying “I can’t do it anymore, I just can’t”.

Bills to pay may be looming yet deep down you are not worried and feel a great peace emanating from somewhere inside you. You know that you will be taken care of and that whenever you follow your heart the universe will always support you. This is the year of walking our talk, and living what we know to be true. That is another sentence worth repeating so read it again and really inhale it. This is the year that we show the world that our ‘crazy’ ways actually work, and that in fact the old ways of working is what’s crazy! It is the year that many conscious souls who have not been able to find their place in the mainstream will come out of hiding as if an inner alarm has gone off saying ‘get out there’. More people will be asking for, and needing, assistance to understand the higher energies that are coming in and the resulting changes occurring to them and around them. You will be shining your light brighter than ever before, but this won’t be coming anymore from a ‘I have to save the world’ mentality. As you shine your light, you will help others find their own light. It’s like being in a dark forest with a huge torch, so that others can look down and find their own torch that has been on them (in them) the whole time. One has to enter the new reality from a space of self-empowerment, but that doesn’t mean we are on our own – support is available for anyone who asks in whatever form they need it. Looking down on humanity from above, it’s going to look like the scene when you fly over a city just as sun sets – millions of little lights all sparking up one at a time. It is beautiful and magical.

In many ways it will seem like a year of contradictions. Every day we will be immersed in more and more high frequency energy, giving us more support than ever before to embody our true, divine natures, create magical lives and co-create a magnificent world. At the same time there is less and less energy supporting the ways of the old world, and so we will witness a lot of collapsing systems and structures that will be experienced as either cause for celebration or cause for despair, depending on which side of the reality coin you predominantly reside in. The two realities are like a sticker peeling away from a piece of paper. They have co-existed for a long time but now that the peeling away has begun there is no turning back, there is no ‘sticking it back together’. As the sticker peels further away from the paper, we may experience it as a feeling of disconnection and detachment from the old reality, and those still residing there. It can at times feel like there is a movie playing somewhere, but you know it isn’t real and if you don’t want to watch it you simply don’t tune in to that channel. This doesn’t mean we ignore people’s genuine suffering and hardship – quite conversely we may find ourselves more and more wanting to be out there on the ground working actively toward social reform and assisting with humanitarian efforts. Rather, we will feel no connection to people engaging in old dramas, and we will see right through the facade of news broadcasts, political speeches and perspectives given to us by the media. It will feel like we are watching a fictitious movie because in reality we are.

Much of the discomfort, chaos and difficulty we’ll see experienced this year by mainstream society is directly proportional to the degree of individual and collective resistance toward letting go of the old (illusion) and allowing the new (reality). It is important to know that the new reality isn’t something we all collectively are going to wake up to during some mysterious big bang event aka the rapture. Ascension is not about all of us suddenly being beamed up into the sky – ascension is an ascent into a higher dimension/frequency/vibration. Dimensional shifting is about opening your awareness to other potentials, perspectives and realities, it is not necessarily about being in a different physical/geographical space. The new reality is here right now, co-existing with the old, yet back to the sticker analogy the two realities are moving further and further apart. There is an energetic bridge between the two, on which one must travel to shift realities. Those in the new reality can go back to the old anytime they want to assist those travelling over, but it will be increasingly more uncomfortable to do so. It all sounds a bit woo woo science fiction movie, but if you are living predominantly in the new already you’ll know what I’m talking about.

The Shift of the Ages

Imagine a piano accordion (squeezebox) that has gradually been coming in to close over many thousands of years. Used as an analogy for our reality, the accordion is a symbol of our evolutionary journey in this current great cycle that is now drawing to a close. This cycle has been rich and perfect and has served us well, but it has also now served its purpose. Once something has served its purpose, where it was once essential for our growth it conversely becomes a block to our growth, and at that point we have to let it go. The closer a piano accordion gets to being fully closed, the less space there is between the pleated layers and thus less air. So too, the closer we get to the close of a great cycle, the less energy there is to support that cycle and thus the more suffocating and restrictive our experience is of that ending reality. Even though this doesn’t always feel pleasant, it actively helps the letting go process because we start to consciously recognise that things need to change, that what was once comfortable now no longer fits who we have become and who we aspire to be. For the minority who were using (and abusing) the old illusion to gain power over the majority, this letting go will feel intolerable and inconceivable. They underestimated humanity and our innate destiny to go toward, and grow toward, the light and thus one day fully recognise and own our inner power. That day is now here.

The accordion analogy is also akin to what ancient yogi’s call ‘the Breath of Brahma’ - it is said that one cycle of creation is caused by the out breath of the Great Creator while the next is caused by the in breath. The Out breath, during which we moved away from the Creator, forgot our true divine, natures and experienced ourselves as separate, is ending now. The new Mayan/Galactic cycle is now ushering in the In breath, bringing us closer to Source Energy, homeward bound toward unity consciousness and remembering who we really are.

Traditionally the Out Breath is associated with Expansion as the Universal Breath moves outward toward getting to know different aspects of itself, while the In Breath is associated with Contraction, moving back inward toward itself. However, as far as our current level of soul memory is concerned we certainly experienced the Out Breath as a contraction (limiting even though in reality we were growing/expanding) and similarly we will experience the homeward bound In Breath as an Expansion of reality and potential, thanks to our awakening consciousness, awareness and memory of who we already are. With that, we start a new phase of evolution for Earth and Humanity.

Expect More
What does this new phase mean for us in 2012? The theme of the year feels to be Expect More, as in it is time to expect more out of our reality. It is time to raise the bar. It is time to expect a better, more harmonious, peaceful, abundant world for all who desire it. To expect something you have to believe it is possible, you have to feel you deserve it, you have to know that you have a right to receive it. When we expect something, we can create it but our major problem has been that up until recently the quantity of energy available on Earth supporting this higher expectation, was vastly less than the quantity of energy not supporting it. This quantity of energy is not necessarily determined by numbers of people, rather by the strength of our individual expectations which in turn is determined by where we are located on both our personal and collective evolutionary timeline.

We have been located in the Out Breath, thus the Universal Energy itself was not available to us in the same way that it will now be available to us as we become immersed by the In Breath. What seemed impossible just a few short years or even months or weeks ago, will increasingly not only look possible but will actually start to materialise in our physical reality. This will be a process. We aren’t going to wake up tomorrow to a global utopia where we all teleport to our next holiday destination, but we have definitely set our train tracks toward it. Sounds idealistic? Like science fiction? Another theme of 2012 and beyond is that what has previously been dismissed as idealistic, utopian or science fiction is actually reality; reality that has been hidden from us.

The numbers of those not supporting a better reality for humanity have been tiny (the so called 1%) yet clearly where they were tiny in numbers they were giants when it came to power. It served them to keep us in the dark, and on a higher level it served us too. Remember that. This time is not about engaging into an us against them battle. Our power will come from acknowledging our part in the whole play: We learned a lot but now it’s time for a new play. We don’t need those old devious characters anymore, we don’t need to be puppets or victims anymore, so it’s time for the curtain to close on that story. See ya!

Now that it is time to re-enter the light, a lot of people will be shocked by the amount of deception and restriction humanity has endured. We will witness one revelation after the other across all areas including politics, health, science, religion, economy, energy and other-planetary beings. It will be hard for many people to digest the fact that the minority have held knowledge about free energy technology and health cures for decades, have deliberately created wars and repressed truth simply because it benefitted them to do so despite the detrimental effect on others. For a heart-centred person, which most of humanity are, it is inconceivable to think that someone with a cure for cancer for example or the ability to ensure all people have access to electricity and running water, would repress this information for the sake of making more money or gaining more power, yet we’ll discover that there are such people. We will also (eventually) discover that this minority were being used in the same way they were using us by some of the less nice other planetary beings, being promised untold power in exchange for selling out earth and humanity. However it is not our destiny to be sold in this way, and thus those beings also have underestimated both us and those who protect us (benevolent other planetary beings – our Star Family and other good Star People.

The so called Arab Spring and Occupy Movement are not random events, they are the beginnings of something we will see increase: the uprising of a humanity who have had enough. We are all now active participants in an evolution revolution triggered by our growing awareness that something is very wrong and needs to be put right, and triggered by the awakening of our true selves and authentic power. The world is not ending in 2012, the illusion is ending. In its place a new reality will be revealed, a new humanity will emerge and a new world will be born. These are truly special times.

What you can do to maximise the energies of 2012

*Follow your heart: do what you feel called to do even if your logical mind, fears or well meaning people are trying to sway you otherwise.

*Trust your intuition: if something doesn’t feel right or true for you it probably isn’t.

*Believe in yourself: you are your own best teacher and source of guidance. You are the only person who truly knows who you are and what you came here to do.

*Let go of judging yourself and others: know that everything you have done was for a reason, and that others have a reason for what they do too.
*Expect more from your life and from reality. If you were to write a list of dreams for your ideal life and reality for humanity and the planet, make it as amazing as possible. Realise where your personal ceilings and limits are and lift them. Then lift them some more. If you were to use your imagination to write a magical book you would have no limits right? So expect the same from your life because it is our imaginations now that are in the driver's seat! Play your part in creating a magical world for us all.

November Monthly Visions: The Last Day of the Circus

On the night of October 28, the date associated with the end of a 16 billion year Galactic cycle, we were having dinner with my sister and her partner when we noticed a fireworks display happening outside their lounge-room window. This wasn’t a few small sparklers being thrown about by neighbourhood kids. It was a major extravaganza in the night sky, similar to the display that happens in this same location every New Year’s Eve. The fireworks were coming from the park where a circus has been set up for a couple of months and I said ‘It must be the last day of the circus.” As soon as those words came out of my mouth we all had a big chuckle, realising it was October 28, 2011 and indeed what a wonderful confirmation that we were indeed experiencing the last day of ‘the circus’ – complete with New Year’s Eve fireworks! November 2011: The Last Day of the Circus

The Earth didn’t stop turning and a fleet of starships are yet to land in a city near you, but we are touching down in the New Reality nonetheless. We didn’t experience a Pole Shift, but the world has definitely turned upside down, and may I say the right way up finally. This is being experienced in one of two ways. For those who have been living with a knowledge and/or embodiment of higher vibrational energies, we are starting to feel more and more ‘normal’ and right at home for perhaps the first time during our lifetime/s here. The higher frequency energy cascading onto the planet right now is a match to the vibration we have been living with for most of our lives. It’s like changing from living in a country for years where you don’t understand the language and no-one understands you, to suddenly waking up and starting to see shop signs in your language, crowds of people (as opposed to a small number of individuals) speaking your language, the odd newspaper heading in your language. It feels exciting and exhilarating. What has always felt murky and heavy is starting to feel clean and clear, as if the very air you are breathing contains more oxygen.

Definitely we are feeling less alone, as Unity Consciousness spreads across the globe at a rapid rate (hello the Occupy Movement.) We are moving into a time where the rules of the game are changing. No longer will it be about ‘what’s good for me?’ rather we are moving into a time where decisions (personal and global) will revolve around ‘what is good for us all?’ Where we have felt like the minority, we are being swooped up in a tide of collective empowerment and solidarity as more and more people embody one of my favourite signs photographed at Occupy Wall Street “Dear 1%, We feel asleep for a while. Just woke up. Sincerely, the 99%.” For those of us who have been aware of the truth of our greater reality and deception of our 3D reality, and working steadily to help others become aware of that truth, it is an emotional moment to have hundreds of thousands of people emerge from the mainstream as if to say “You don’t have to do this on your own anymore. We are here now.”

For those who have been asleep until now, still are asleep, or those of us who haven’t yet aligned some aspect of our inner knowing with our outer doing, (ie staying in jobs and relationships out of fear even though we know in our hearts it isn’t the right path for us) it is as if someone has come along and tipped the entire contents of the box labelled ‘normal’ upside down, scattering everything everywhere. Depending on where a person is at on one’s personal spectrum of awakening, this is being experienced as anything from complete freedom and liberation to total chaos, lack of control and anger that ‘all this is happening to me’. Trying to put that box the ‘wrong way up’ again just won’t work, no more than you can hold the bottom of a box to your ceiling, and hope it stays there. Sure it could if you spend the rest of your life holding it up, but you’d end up with pretty sore arms not to mention having to stay stuck to that same spot forever.

So as the world turns itself upside down and right way up, our vision has to adjust with many people experiencing all sorts of issues with their eyes this past month. Others are feeling dizzy and off-balance, as we get our bearings in this new paradigm. Something I am loving is that our inner compass is on fire! If something is not right for you, boy will you feel it instantly. Even the thought of saying yes to something when your inner wants to say no, will result in feeling sick, nauseous, off-centre, heavy, out of your power, literally feeling energy draining from you like a battery leak. Conversely, if something is right for you (and the word No is suddenly right a lot of the time!), you immediately feel in your centre, empowered, focused, clear, full of energy running through you, happy and light.

The last of old karmic ties really fell off us in a big way as we approached October 28. It became easier than ever to see right through our old patterns and sabotaging behaviours, with us feeling emotionally detached from the stories we were once so immersed in, influenced and limited by. We may also have found ourselves seeing the humour in the drama’s we were once engaged in, seeing clearly that truly it was all part of a big ‘circus’ act that frankly we don’t need to play in anymore.

Big shifts are happening with family and friends as karmic relationships have well and truly served their purpose. You might be feeling zero emotional connection to family that are biologically close to you, but vibrationally may as well be on another planet. Meanwhile you are attracting more of your true Soul family and for many this includes finally uniting with their Divine Partner.

Right now we are in the bridge time between October 28 ‘the last day of the circus’ and November 11, the highly looked forward to date of 11/11/11 which offers a gateway of sorts to manifesting our new reality on a greater, more conscious, widespread level. Part of me was hesitant to write about 11/11/11 because there is so much hoopla revolving around so many dates right now, with so much associated expectation of what may or may not happen on those dates. This can serve as a distraction from the whole point of the Shift, with many feeling disappointed as each date comes and goes, and seemingly ‘nothing’ happens. In fact, a LOT is happening, some of it visible and some of it not yet visible.

Currently, the process of any manifestation is: what you see before your eyes is the result of your thoughts/vibration over your yesterday’s. This is why it can be counter-productive to judge where you’re at, or where we’re at collectively, based on the reality you can see physically today. Your emotions will fall, you think ‘it’ hasn’t worked (it being your visualisations or the energy potential of a certain date or whatever it may be), and then you end up in a time loop repeating that manifestation again and again into your tomorrow’s. This applies whether we are talking about your bank account, love life or the state of the world. Even though we are at the cusp/entry point of our new reality, where manifestation will become more and more instantaneous, we are still dealing with the ripple effects of the old reality including everything we collectively manifested in that old reality with our old thoughts, old systems, old beliefs etc. Keep your focus on how you wish the new to be, how you know on a deep inner level it will be, and that is the world you will wake up to eventually. We are already seeing glimpses of that world as the veil reveals more and more of the new each and every day. Simultaneously there is less and less available energy supporting the old, hence all the crumbling systems we are witnessing around us. The 11/11/11 gateway ushers in a time where for the first time ever, there is more new and higher energy influencing the planet than old/denser energy. Thus this feeling that everything has turned upside down - it has, only upside down is right way up! This transition period just requires some patience and regular renewals of our belief that things are shifting, especially when looking out at the greater world. Look for evidence of whatever you believe, and you will find it.

The Shift has never been about one date or even series of dates, and it has never been about one event that will indicate ‘it’s happened’. This Shift is a process. It has always been a window of time during which one cycle is ending and a new one beginning, offering us the opportunity to make a quantum leap in our evolution and consciousness and thus offering us the opportunity to step into and create a new paradigm for Earth and Humanity.

Ironically, the Shift signals the end of ‘time’ – not as in the end of the world, but as in the end of time as we know it, the beginning of a more “Now” way of living, being, creating and manifesting. How funny then that the end of ‘time’ is so fixated on a whole bunch of dates, (hopefully not) keeping us locked into a constant state of limbo as we’re always looking forward to some future time, wondering what will happen on the next so called auspicious date!

If we are collectively choosing to give special meaning to 11/11/11 and this results in millions of people worldwide focusing on love, unity, a new reality and opening of a major Stargate, then might it be true that it is our collective intention that creates those very things? And if our collective intention and collective focus can create those things on that day, can we not create them every day? If the answer is no, then this would indicate we are bound and limited by a man-made concept (linear dates/time) when it comes to creating, which makes no sense when we are leaping forward as conscious co-creators into the limitless field of limitless potential. Thus if we truly believe in the Shift, we would have to say that the answer is yes, we can create ANY thing on ANY day, with no day having more or less power than the other, other than the power we give it.

There is no question that the number 11 is magical. Who doesn’t love seeing 11:11 on their clock/phone, knowing it’s a little sign from the Universe that you’re on the right track! However, from my perspective 11/11/11 is an opportunity to remember and realise our own power, power we can use each and every day. If it is the combination of those magical numbers that trigger people to gather together, to pray, to focus, to vision a new reality when otherwise they wouldn’t, then those numbers have served their purpose – but we have to know that the power is not in the numbers, or the date, it is in us. It is in that which is being awakened within us.

Our job is not to sit passively back waiting for dates to usher in our new reality. These dates are signposts, guiding our way much like the guys on the airport tarmac directing the incoming planes with their special high beam lights. The gateway we are moving through now holds rare, divine, cosmic potential supporting and urging us to move into the next stage of our personal soul path, and play our part in the creation of a new reality for the whole. Our job is to open up to that potential and allow it to flood every cell of our being, our every thought, word and action. October 2011 Monthly Visions: Stop Waiting and Start Leading

There is a constant heightened state of alert being felt these days, as if something big is just about to happen. Forums are buzzing with various angles on what this something will be. It feels like so much energy is going into wondering what is going to happen, that we seem to be missing the fact that ‘something’ is happening right now! So many of us are waiting for ‘the big event’, placing our lives on hold until we get the official program as to what’s happening next, meanwhile show after show is playing at the Earth Theatre giving us previews and new movies galore that we can choose right now.

Have you been feeling this heightened state? Do you feel a sense of anticipation bigger than anything you’ve felt over the past 5/10/20 years of your awakening? Are you feeling adrenalin or even what you might describe as electricity running through your body? Do you feel a tad nervous or excited or a bit of both, as if you’re about to step into something completely new and unknown? Our heightened state is the direct result of the now daily influx of high frequency light showering all over Earth that is lifting our personal and collective vibrations to a new level. This light is simultaneously stripping away our old veils and illusions, and opening our eyes and hearts to reality as it really is. Our hearts are beating faster not because there is something ‘coming’. Our hearts are beating faster because that ‘something’ is here right now and on our deepest and highest levels of being we all know this.

The time we are living in right now is our time. As more light showers over the planet, and as she shifts into a higher vibrational frequency, we are finally starting to feel like a big, heavy cloak has been lifted off us. We are stepping into our individual and collective power after a lifetime (in fact, lifetimes) of feeling like the odd ones out. You may be feeling quite strange because you are feeling free and happy most of the time, while all around you those who’ve spent a lifetime attached to the illusion are deeply engaged in their personal and social collapse processes. Many of us have started to feel called to new work, or working in a new way, because we are finishing our old contracts now. It’s more than likely that you are finding it hard to put your finger on what specifically your new work is, and that’s because our roles and lives will be more fluid now. In the old reality we made sense of who we were by what we did. In the new reality our sense of meaning will come from knowing who we are, and this knowing will lead us to our daily doings. What we do will shift and change depending on what we feel most called to do. This doesn’t mean that we’ll be walking around aimlessly. Quite the contrary, living consciously means living purposefully and fully. Our society’s old ways of sticking to set routines and jobs as if on auto-pilot, with most people having no conscious awareness of their participation in what really was quite the prison society, now that was walking around aimlessly! So don’t stress too much about trying to figure out what your new work will be. Focus on knowing who you are, and being who you are, and that will lead you to the best work/life for you. Clues will come in the form of lightbulb moments, flashes of insights, unexpected doorways opening or allowing yourself to follow your feeling to go somewhere or do something. Action will be less about logical thinking, and more about being intuitively guided and divinely inspired.

For some work won’t be ‘work’, it will simply be creating a self-sustainable, happy, harmonious home or community and making our own unique contributions day by day. For others, where the primary focus of our work was helping people awaken, our new work will revolve around supporting the newly awakened, helping them find their way in a new world where it’s a whole new ballgame. For many newly awakened it will be like coming out of coma, like seeing the sun properly for the first time in years. Just like prisoners need time to adjust to freedom and life outside, so too people will need time to adjust to a reality where freedom and personal power are their new governing bodies.

On a mind level we’ve expected something big to officially herald the end of the end, and the beginning of the beginning. A huge mothership on the White House Lawn perhaps. The arrival of Planet X/Nibiru/Comet Elenin. A massive worldwide tsunami to really get people’s attention. Yet the reality is, the end of the end and the beginning of the beginning is being marked not by one or two world-stopping events. We are not going to have the world-wide devastation and destruction people fear (and that some people are secretly hoping for if only to prove to sceptics that ‘something’ is indeed happening!). Rather, we are witnessing and living through a multitude of events right now, all of which are either giving us the opportunity to wake up, or are a beautiful, direct result of us having finally woken up.

This isn’t cause for a huge anti-climax moment of disappointment. You mean this is all there is? This is the change we were waiting for? No, this is not all there is and we have a lot of major changes still ahead for us. Yet to wait for something ‘big’ to happen, while so many big things are actually happening every day, is a potential waste of a once in a lifetime opportunity to consciously participate in the creation of a new reality in its blueprint stages. The protestors at Occupy Wall Street, Occupy Chicago and Occupy LA are not waiting. The citizens of Egypt are not waiting. People already involved in self-sustainable housing and organic farming are not waiting. All of these members of humanity have one thing in common. They are reclaiming their power. They are asserting their rights to a life where they get to have financial freedom, work they enjoy, a safe home and peace. While some people are waiting for ‘the big one’ to hit, or are heading for the hills before the ocean rolls in on them, families in Pakistan, Japan and New Zealand who lost their homes due to actual floods and earthquakes (as opposed to feared & yet to happen/may never happen floods and earthquakes) are not waiting. They are rolling up their sleeves and getting on with the business of starting anew.

These times are about stepping into our own power and authority, and releasing our need for validation from external sources. These times are about releasing the grasp external ‘authorities’ have had when it comes to officially determining what is real, what is allowed, what is possible, and what isn’t. Why is everyone hanging out for 'official disclosure' from the very people who epitomise the disempowering old reality? Wasn't one of your greatest transformations when you let go of needing your father/mother to finally accept you, and YOU accepted YOU? Isn't that when life changed? Our star family are not waiting for official disclosure before they can show themselves more clearly, they are waiting for us to be more empowered, and as long as we're waiting for external validation we are not.

These times are about releasing our fears, including the fear we’ve held that the so called ‘powers that be’ will ‘win’ and we won’t make this collective shift into our new reality after all. This fear comes from a lack of understanding around what our light actually is, the power it contains, and the unstoppable process occurring now as more of our light and power is revealed and made available to us. Whenever people ‘have power’ over us, it is less about the amount of power they hold, and more about our disconnection to our power be it as individuals or as a united social community. Gandhi once said “They didn’t take India from us. We gave it to them.” As long as we have a fear that something can be taken from us that is rightfully ours, be it a job, a country or a new reality, we are being held hostage by that fear and are blocking our own path toward easefully receiving and creating that which is rightfully ours.

As long as we cling on to a set expectation around the Shift, not fully believing in it unless something ‘big’ happens, we may find ourselves in a ‘can’t see the wood for the trees’ reality – surrounded by signs of awakening power, truth and freedom, yet waiting for some external event or authority to say something or do something to make it official. This begs the question, does this come from old patterns best left in the old reality where things had to get really bad before they could get better? Does it come from old addictions to drama? Does it come from a need to have the whole world ‘get it’ before we allow ourselves to own it and live it? Do we have to wait for all humanity to make the shift before we allow ourselves to actively choose it? It’s like the switch from analogue to digital television - did you wait for all your neighbours to get their digital television before you allowed yourself to switch yours on? Did you wait for everyone to get their digital television before you could allow yourself to believe, yes the switch truly is happening? If some neighbours lagged behind, still attached to their old analogue set, did you sit there head in your hands crying “We’ll never make it. Too many people haven’t switched over yet. The analogue frequency is going to win after all.” No you didn’t, because you knew it was a done deal. Digital was coming, and so off you went to upgrade your system. Yes some people went kicking and screaming, begrudging the extra expense, but look at them now, absolutely loving the extra channels and clearer vision.

These people are at the opposite end of the spectrum to those waiting for something big to happen. They don’t want anything to happen. They were okay with reality as it was, thank you very much. They see the collapse of the economy, the job losses and earth changes as a sign that the end is nigh and the world has gone to c*#p. They pray that everything calms down soon, and we can get on with business as usual. Well that just isn’t going to happen, because business as usual was based on an unethical and untruthful foundation designed to serve the few at the expense of the many. Most mainstream people don’t know that yet, although they are awakening to this fact rapidly, and that is the only reason they are still holding on to the old. Why escape a prison when you don’t even know you’re in one?

Something we are going to start seeing more of is the revelation of a lot of the deception that has been kept hidden under political and corporate carpets. As more of humanity find out just how much they have been lied to we will see more riots and protests. We will see people in absolute shock upon discovering that their own governments have had access to free energy for decades, and that universal laws like the Law of Attraction so ridiculed or ignored by mainstream media are common knowledge among the elite. Our job right now is not to wait for official disclosure or official revelations or official anything.

Events will happen as they need to happen, but to wait for them before we start fully allowing ourselves to immerse in the new reality is like inhaling deeply and not letting ourselves exhale. Our energy becomes stagnant, we start to feel disillusioned and disempowered, thereby buying into our own fears that nothing is shifting. There is nothing to fear. Earth knows what she is doing. All the little highly evolved souls coming in now are not coming in only for all humanity to be wiped off the face of the Earth or to continue supporting an old reality. They are here to show us a whole new way of living and being. Our job too is to show others a whole new way of living and being, leading the way into a new, consciously created reality, leading by example. Lead by living it. Lead by being it. Now.

September 2011 Monthly Visions: Transforming our Density

The days leading up to the beginning of September brought a very heavy energy, plummeting sensitive types into what felt like a thick fog of sludge. This was experienced both physically – literally feeling like the air around you is somehow ‘thicker’ or harder to walk through – and emotionally, feeling a sudden ‘what’s the point?’ come over you out of nowhere.

Interestingly enough on Sep 2 there was a ‘coronal hole’ – this is the term used when a part of the Sun’s magnetic field opens up, allowing the solar winds to stream outward toward the Earth. Coronal holes are 100 times lower in density than the rest of the corona (the outermost layer of the Sun’s atmosphere). According to the official space weather science people we’ll feel the effects of this on Earth around Sep 5, but a lot of us have felt it already (and felt it before it ‘officially’ happened) because we are no longer limited by old 3D time/space rules. This sudden rush of super dense energy feels a bit yuck because it is acting like a magnet pulling out and up from within us any of our dense energy. It is pulling up and out from within others any of their dense energy, which in turn triggers ours even more! While challenging, ultimately this offers us a fabulous opportunity to give ourselves a good vacuum! We can get to those nitty gritty sides we forgot about or avoided, and deal with that pile of dust in the corner. As always, as with any part of the shift, we will emerge feeling lighter and shinier. Also it’s good to keep in mind that even though the denser moments are feeling denser, we are moving through each wave faster – and the very fact the more dense waves feel SO blagh is a really good and positive indication of just how high we are vibrating these days!

Coronal holes aside, we are generally experiencing quite a few meetings with density right now on the personal level and the global/collective level - we’ll see it continue to play out politically, economically, in the media and socially. Why? Although we are experiencing more higher vibrational light on the planet than ever before, this light is also making any denser (lower vibrational) energy more obvious. The distinction between our lower and higher vibrations are becoming more obvious, more confronting, more intense.

If you have always found it quite hard to be around certain people or situations, now it may feel like you can barely breathe and are suffocating in that energy. For those who are still more attached to the denser energy, and for those aspects within us that are still in density, they are needing to work harder to push against the increasing ‘lighter’ energy. That level of resistance is exhausting and physically debilitating, yet as long as we hold any fear of our higher energy we continue that story. Who would fear, or why would we fear, higher energy? Many reasons – some associate moving into a higher vibration with a loss of power, loss of comfort zone, loss of pre-conceived notions of stability and security. Some of us resent aspects of our own higher energy because we hold false beliefs that we aren’t abundant or worthy and never will be. So when we come across examples of that higher energy in others, it can trigger tsunami waves of emotion and violence. The rage we saw in the London Riots was a perfect example of a ‘vibrational uprising’ – density can no longer remain dormant, ignored or swept under the carpet. Our souls are magnetically being called to our highest possible level of vibration, and when we feel we can’t have that we either retreat further inward into our density, or explode with fury. Everything is shifting to a greater balance, and the degree to which it was out of balance will be the degree to which seeming chaos ensues as it undergoes it’s balancing process.

So don’t be surprised to see more people getting very angry and lashing out verbally or physically ‘from out of nowhere’. We’ll see this ‘lashing out’ in personal interactions, and also on the political stage, in the media, more social civil unrest etc – just like higher energy isn’t compatible with dense energy guess what, dense energy feels suffocated by higher energy! We feel suffocated by that which we fear within ourselves and thus fear in others (be it dense/high, light/dark, good/bad) – and so the solution is to own that which you fear, because until you do it is suffocating you in one way or other.

Life isn’t a black and white deal and nor are we. So while we feel we can generally put some people into ‘dense’ energy category and others into ‘higher vibrational’ category, we ALL have both these energies within us to a greater or lesser degree. Very few, if any, people on the planet are 100% vibrating at the higher level. Likewise, very few if any are 100% vibrating on the lower dense level. So, even if you consider yourself more ‘higher vibrational’ you still have some density within you, and it is that density that is in your face right now, being brought up for you to acknowledge and transform. It is that density that creates the ‘suffocating’ feeling if you are in the presence of certain people. You are not feeling it because ‘I must be taking on their dense energy’, you are feeling it because something about the density in the room (be it within that person or within the dynamic between you) is triggering any density in you.

What is density anyway? Vibrationally, it is that which is heavier and lower than that which is lighter and higher. Energetically, in the context that we are in the process of a quantum leap in our evolution leading to us embodying who we really are here on the earth plane, it is the degree to which we have covered, or can’t see, the ALL of who we really are.

Thus, if you are uncomfortable in the presence of a certain person or situation – whether it’s their miserable attitude or their happy joy that is triggering you – the questions to ask yourself are: What density within me is this triggering? Do I fear that someone else’s miserable attitude or lack mentality will somehow rub off on me? If so, is my density actually covering up part of my inner power/knowing that I create my own reality? Is it covering up part of my abundance mentality? Is it covering up my ability to have strong boundaries? Is it covering up my gratitude for my own wonderful life? Do I fear that someone else’s happiness or joy somehow diminishes my opportunity for happiness and joy? Is the density I feel when around that happiness and joy actually covering up my desire for happiness and joy? Is it covering up my innate knowing of exactly what I need to do to allow that happiness and joy? Is it covering up any passions, desires and needs within me that once acknowledged would lead me to my own happiness and joy? Is it covering up that part of me that knows without a doubt I have a right to feel good!

Density really is like the clouds that come over a green field, covering up the sun temporarily, creating a shadow. Density is our shadow – that within us that we haven’t owned. So, when you are feeling density (emotional heaviness), know that transforming it is as easy as asking “What are you covering right now within me?”

The next question to ask yourself is then: why am I covering these things up? Journalling is a fabulous way to get some insights for yourself into these questions. Trust what comes. Many people who are new to journaling feel like they are ‘making it up’ when insights come. You are not making it up. Look at it like your higher, wise, authentic self is sending you emails via your pen! Once you have some clarity, it’s time to move on to the next stage of transforming your density which is to uncover that which has been covered.

There are lots of ways to do this depending on the level of density/the thickness of the covers/how much work you’ve already done on it. If you’ve never worked on a particular issue before, you may gravitate more toward having a healing session or some EFT or NET sessions. Otherwise, you’re probably self-equipped enough to get some affirmations and visualisations happening to help re-activate and awaken these covered aspects of you. If you have been there done that and are feeling stuck, your next step is to walk your talk and embody the new aspects which usually requires making a conscious change in your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Does how you think and feel on a regular basis match your newly uncovered abundance mentality? Do your actions and behaviours match your newly uncovered inner power? Hold yourself to account, and really notice when your thoughts, feelings and actions don’t match who you now know yourself to truly be. No need to beat yourself up or go journaling a hundred pages again, just acknowledge that new patterns take time to embody. Stop yourself in your tracks when you realise what you’re doing, take a breath, and re-route your train.

As we experience the final pages of our release from density we will see more ‘dramas’ unfolding around us – again personally, socially and globally. It is important not to get caught up in those dramas. They are like black holes sucking anything dense into them with a strong, magnetic gravitational pull. In personal situations, put your offer of help on the table if you need to but then take a step back. This is not the time to get yourself into an emotional frenzy, exhausting yourself trying to get your mother/best friend/work colleague to see that they are in a toxic marriage/relationship/job meanwhile they continue to stay where they are. This is not the time to join the ‘the sky is falling’ bandwagon as the economy collapses and the earth’s weather gets more unpredictable. Don’t get caught up in the demolition dust thinking there has been some sort of colossal universal error. Transformation requires that certain things collapse before new things can be born.

Some folks will hold on to the old for dear life fearing that collapse equals the end. We were not taught about the natural cycles of death and rebirth, and so we fear transformation even though it always leads to something better. One of the most constructive things you can do during a transformation – be it your own, your loved ones, or a global situation – is honour the process. Honour that what may seem to you to be ‘she’s stuck in a miserable situation’ is the very situation that person needs right now to trigger what they need triggered. Remember that if you cut a chrysalis open to try to make it easier for the emerging butterfly, the butterfly won’t be able to fly. Getting itself out of the chrysalis is an initiation. What looks like a struggle is actually strengthening and preparing the butterfly wings for flight. This is why our galactic brothers and sisters haven’t come to ‘save us’ – we have to do this ourselves otherwise we will have defeated our entire purpose for being here.

People mis-understand ‘non-interference’ to mean ‘do nothing’. Be who you are, shine your light – that is far from doing nothing. In doing so it is like you are holding up a torch, helping others find the switch to their own torch. Speak your truth, convey your message, share what you know. Wrap a blanket around someone who is shivering. Give food to the one who is hungry. Let people know you are there for them. Throw a rope down a hole for someone to climb up, but don’t go down there and push them up with all your might if they are resisting every push! This is your clue to step off.

This balancing process will gather momentum as we approach the Equinox on September 23. Pay special attention to those moments when you are feeling a surge of panic, overwhelm or like you’re hyperventilating – you are caught in a ‘rip’ of your own dense energy. It’s drummed into us here in Australia with so many of us living close to the beach, if you’re in the ocean and are caught in a rip the best thing to do is relax, stay calm and flow with the current. Lifeguards will tell you that staying calm is the key to your survival. So, if you find yourself feeling emotionally triggered over the coming days and weeks, take a breath and instead of fighting against the density, go into it consciously for a few moments. Ask yourself: What part of me is seeking balance? What part of me is asking to be uncovered? What part of me am I resisting that is now calling me to own and embrace it? From there you will emerge out of the rip. Onward and upward!

August Monthly Visions: Emotional Bursts of Highs and Lows

The recent couple of weeks have been filled with an incredibly difficult energy for many, coming to a crescendo this past weekend with an almost X class Solar Flare and resulting geomagnetic storm raining down on us. Think of it as an extreme intensification of Light/High Vibrational Energy (and a pre-show rehearsal for plenty more to come over the next year) which absolutely highlights and amplifies everything particularly our authentic needs, soul’s desires, old dysfunctions & any resistance remaining to wherever it is we are going. This intensification can simultaneously trigger bursts of joy, gratitude, inspired action and profound insights when we’ll feel crystal clear AND it can trigger bursts of tears, sadness, agitation, anger and upset when we might feel the murky clouds of disempowerment, confusion and heaviness. These bursts are showing you where you’re at in relation to what is going on around you and how you perceive what is going on around you – they are direct arrows of communication from your Soul.

These bursts are showing us where we are aligned with who we really are, and where we are still holding on to some aspect of who we are not. The gap between the two vibrations is so huge now that when they are attempting to co-exist within the same space the feeling is not pleasant. How might this look in your daily life? Let’s say a part of you wants to leave a relationship, and another part is in fear so stays. Gone are the days when we were able to just brush things under the carpet, tolerate them or think “I’ll deal with it next year.” As the two vibrations push up against each other we start seeing things like major health issues cropping up, profound emotional mood swings or even physical accidents. We aren’t being allowed to be in denial anymore when it comes to our authentic self – and if we do choose to stay in denial it will feel draining and debilitating in every way. Gone are the days when denial and other self-sabotaging choices ultimately served us – we are moving on from that cycle now. It is time to get with the new program, one in which we are best served and serve best when we are being true to who we really are.

Let’s say we are suddenly faced with a bunch of unexpected bills and expenses and start freefalling into panic and overwhelm. Meanwhile a huge part of us knows full well, knows from having experienced it over and over again, that the universe always provides, that we will be supported, that we always receive all the abundance we need in time when we trust we will. That panic and overwhelm will tend to feel completely suffocating and next thing you know we are losing our heads in a full blown anxiety attack! That’s the time to stop, revive, survive. Take a breath, unplug from the old mental tapes and stories that used to believe in lack, pull yourself together and remind yourself: “What am I thinking? I know the universe is always there for me. These unexpected expenses are actually due to the wonderful expansion of my life that I asked for. If the expenses have shown up, then so too will the financial support to cover them!” You should immediately feel yourself plugging back into your Centre, allowing yourself to thus be plugged into the flow of Source Energy that is there to help you. It is like feeling the difference between deeply and easily breathing in and out, or holding your breath. Try it now and feel that difference. See how the former allows everything inside you to soften and flow easily, while the latter straight away causes tension and a ‘holding on’ energy. This is a big ‘get out of your own way’ time!

Let’s say we have often felt misunderstood or not on the same wavelength as certain family members, friends or colleagues. Well you can times that by a thousand right now, with events and confrontations highlighting any difference in vibration. It may at times feel like you are literally talking a different language, and no matter how hard you try to explain your perspective or opinion on something they just can’t understand you, and vice versa. This is something that needs to be let go of for now. Everyone is on their own train going to their own destination their own way. Your job is to be your authentic self, and if that in any way helps others connect with their authentic self, fantastic. Your job is not to push or convince anyone that your way is the best way or only way, and if only they just listened to you they could have a much better life/relationship/job/state of health etc. It can be very hard to watch people live on a certain train, but any attempts right now to force them off their train without them asking or being open to it will backfire, and you’ll be left feeling pretty exhausted! Ultimately, every single one of us need to step into our power from our own inner being otherwise we’re not stepping into our power at all, and we can think we are serving in trying to push that process along for someone when really we are not.

With all of these extreme energy bursts they are their most positive when used consciously - although some feelings and experiences feel anything but positive when you’re in the middle of it! Consciousness is key right now, because if we let our mind run the show unconsciously our emotions will be up and down like a yo-yo, our nerves will be shot, our body and adrenals exhausted. You may have caught yourself saying lately “I just don’t have the time for this!” meaning the emotional drama that is seemingly wanting to encroach onto the borders of your otherwise harmonious life. What you don’t have time for anymore is the draining giving away of power that happens when you step outside your centre. Now more than ever we have to consciously pay attention to what it is we are giving our attention to. If we are finding ourselves getting rattled about something, first unplug mentally. It is our mind that likes to get us involved in things we don’t really need to be involved in. It is our mind that tells us stories that make us feel crappy about some aspect of our lives. So first, unplug. You don’t have to listen to your mind.

Next, from the safety of your unplugged to Mind/plugged in to your Centre self, imagine yourself looking down at yourself, observing what triggered your mind and emotions to go into crazy freefall. What story did you suddenly start telling yourself about a particular situation? What old wound did it bring up? What old button did it push? Unplug. Unplug. Unplug. At this stage of the game, that is what you need to do. If you want to journal it out to get super clear, go right ahead. Then unplug. You no longer have ‘issues’ that you now need to spend months or years clearing. You have old stories, old tapes, old wounds that are part of an old reality and an old world rapidly collapsing. Let all these things collapse. They have served you well. They have taught you a lot. It’s time to let them go and move on into something new. You don’t have to keep playing old tapes and stories or carrying old wounds. If they have come up, it’s because some part of you still believes them or is still attached to them for some reason. Your power lies in realising: you don’t have to believe them anymore. You don’t have to be attached to them anymore. Certainly if they keep coming up over and over again, stronger and stronger, you need to figure out why part of you is holding on to them. Yet these days it can be just as powerful to wholeheartedly commit yourself to a new story and make a declaration: This is my new Story! And in so doing, your energy and the universe has no choice other than to catch up with your new chosen program.

We have so looked forward to the days when Light prevails, but with that Light comes the choking feeling of any ‘darkness’ remaining as it struggles to retain hold or simply does not know how to shift itself into our new vibration. An important note here: darkness is simply a lack of light. It is not really a powerful force unto itself, unless you choose it to be. Light a match in a dark room – can the dark ‘retain power’? I don’t think so. So too, the biggest difference between where we are coming from and where we are going is, we have had a huge amount of our energy ‘turned away’ from the Light/Source/Higher Vibrations. What the Shift is helping us do, is turn toward that Light/Source/those Higher Vibrations. Earth really is the big Mama helping us, because she is hurtling forward toward it, with or without us! We happen to be travelling on her, so really we can go along kicking and screaming, or we can just go with it!

I’ve often used the analogy of this Shift being like Mother Earth is in labour, preparing to birth a new world, contractions and all! Interestingly enough, here I am 6 months pregnant with little one due 11/11/11. Something I have found fascinating is learning about the philosophy behind Hypnobirthing and how our fear around childbirth creates tension which leads to pain and often a difficult birth experience. Conversely, when we release our fear, trusting that our body and baby were designed to birth, we can relax and open and allow a more easeful even euphoric experience. Add to this when a woman is fully relaxed, once the body gets the message it is in labour it releases hormones 200 times more powerful than morphine – something that is blocked when we are in fear. So taking this philosophy on a wider level, this shows us that our Collective Birth experience – of our New Selves, our New Reality, our New Earth – can be viewed as a natural, beautiful process that we surrender to or it can be resisted and thus made much harder depending on whether we approach it with trust or fear. Natural and beautiful doesn’t mean it’s a walk in the park, or that it isn’t intense – it means looking at our Collective Birth experience as the powerful initiation experience all births are, something that yes is challenging and asks us to step into a higher version of ourselves, but it certainly isn’t here to punish or destroy us.

For so many years now people have been talking about ‘The Shift’ and wondering if ‘it’ will really happen. People have argued and debated about what ‘it’ really means and what ‘it’ will look like. Increasingly lately people have been freaking out about 2012 and fearing that ‘it’ refers to something really, really bad happening. If we wanted some sort of big sign that The Shift is indeed happening, if we wanted more clarity around what it actually means, and if we wanted assurance that the waves and winds of change are going to be more social/political/spiritual than literal Hollywood style destruction, last month’s investigations and revelations into the Murdoch media empire have done just that.

Deception just cannot exist in the vibration that we are now heading into, and so with this increase of Light will come the revelation of many Truths which can feel uncomfortable, upsetting and exhilarating. For those who cannot yet fully feel, perceive or trust in the new energies, their focus is predominantly on all the collapse occurring and it truly feels for them that the ‘world is ending’ or at the least going crazy. A world is ending, but a new one is being born simultaneously, and the world is finally turning to sanity emerging from old craziness. We are in the midst of spectacular emotional highs and lows which you can ride as you feel to, but know you can find safe harbour within your centre anytime you need to.

The Little Girl from the Stars

There was once a little girl. This little girl came from the stars and all her life wondered why she was here on Earth instead of back home amongst the planets and moonbeams. One day she was at the depth of her despair.

“Why have you left me here?” she cried. “Why can’t you come and take me back home?”

She looked to the sky and begged someone to come and help her, to take her away from this place she so felt she didn’t belong in. At that moment a great flash of light appeared before her, and standing there in front of her was an angel.

“Hello,” said the little girl. “Who are you?”

“I am your angel, David” said the angel. “I’ve come to take you home.”

The little girl livened up and sprang to her feet. “You’ve come to take me home! I can’t believe it, I’ve asked and prayed for this moment! I was beginning to think you’d never come. I thought you had abandoned me.”

“You can never be abandoned,” said David, “for we are all always a part of you and you are a part of us, and thus you can never be separated from that which you are a part of.”

The little girl shrugged her shoulders and said, “Whatever. Separate, together, I don’t care. I just want to go home.”

David put out his arms and said, “Come here little one.”

The little girl went to him. He reached out and took her in his arms and held her.

“What does that feel like?” he asked.

“Well it feels great. I feel warm and safe.”

“What else do you feel?

“I feel loved and protected and looked after.”

“Do you feel at home?”

Of course, this feels exactly like home!”

With that David looked down at her. “Why do you think that is?”

The little girl looked up at him with a confused look. “Well, because you’re from there.”

“Guess again.”

The little girl looked at him even more confused. “Well, I don’t know why. You tell me.”

“It feels like home because it is home. You are home. You have never left home. You have only chosen to keep parts of home from your sight, from your senses. Home is all around you. It is within you. We are all here with you, just as you are here with us.”

The little girl blinked at him. “But the stars, I feel I’m from the stars?”

“And so you are, but you are also from here. You are from everywhere, it is all part of the same. You only miss the stars because you are remembering that part of you that has chosen to keep that part of home hidden. Now that it is becoming visible to you again do not mourn the part of home that you have missed, celebrate the part of it that you are re-discovering.

“But when do I get to see you all again? When do I get to be with my family again?”

“You can be with us anytime. You are with us all the time. Just look. Just listen. Just ask. We are here.”

With that, another flash of light and David disappeared from the little girl’s vision. ‘But he is still here’ she thought, ‘he must be, he said he was’.

With that the little girl lay in her bed and shut her eyes.

She had many dreams that night. She dreamed of faraway people and places and stars and planets and galaxies she had not been to in a long time. She dreamed of the past and of the future, and after all the dreaming she awoke remembering one thing. It’s all here now, it’s all happening now. We can’t perceive that yet, we can’t see that yet. But there it is. Now, what to do with that remembering?

Jack and the Golden Light

Once upon a time there was a man called Jack. Jack was a wonderful man with an amazing golden light inside him. He couldn't see that golden light nor did he know it was within him, but he knew it existed because he could feel it calling him. He knew it contained all the secrets he needed to know about who he really was, and why he was really here. It contained the key that would unlock the door to all that his heart desired, and all that his soul dreamed of. He knew that there was more to life than the reality he saw around him. He sensed there was another way to live, and he was determined to find this new way.

Jack knew that the golden light would help him, so he set upon a path to search for it. He came across many big scary monsters and dark forests, but still he kept going. He came across many wonderful people who all talked about this golden light, so it only made him want to find it even more.

The closer he got to finding his light, the more intensely he felt his highest dreams and deepest fears. His greatest fear was that his amazing dreams would not come to pass, were an illusion, or would leave once he received them.

His worries made him doubt his heart’s knowing. What if it was all an illusion? What if the golden Light doesn't exist? What if dreams don’t come true? He questioned himself, “What if I am searching for nothing? Everyone in my old town says I should just get a normal job and that happily ever after soulmates only exist in fairy tales. What if they’re right?”

Jack was very confused and tired. He had come across yet another hill, and just didn’t know if had the strength to climb it only to be disappointed again. He sat down at the base with his head in his hands. What to do? As he sat there he saw a great shadow come down in front of him covering the hill. This shadow was Fear. It contained all the obstacles in the way of him getting up to the top of the hill and seeing once and for all what lay on the other side. It contained the parts of him that didn't trust his own innate inner knowing. It contained the parts of him that had followed his heart before and got hurt. It contained all the beliefs that said “You don't really deserve this. What will people say? What will they think? What if I'm making a mistake??” It contained much guilt and self-judgment.

Jack looked up at the Great Fear and knew he had come to a crossroads. A part of him felt it would be much easier to just turn back round and forget about the adventures calling him from the other side of the hill. Yet he had a nagging feeling inside. What if his visions were real? What if his feelings were true? What if his heart was right and was trying to point him in his right direction? What if he were but a few steps from his destiny? He looked up at the top of the hill once more. What if his feelings were wrong and it wasn't what he thought it would be? His mind was active as always. Yet the heart, the light heart, whispered, “But what if you are right? What if it is everything you ever imagined??”

At that moment, the great shadow that was Fear spoke to him. Fear said these words: “If you want what you desire, you have to go through me. You cannot get rid of me. You can only walk through me.”

Jack was afraid. He said to Fear, “How can I walk through you? You are so big, and it is so dark in there. What if I get lost and never find my way out? And then I am neither here nor there!! I think you are a sign I should just stay right here!”

Fear laughed. He knew the way through him but he would never tell Jack. He quite enjoyed the power he had over people.

Thankfully, at that moment the great Sun came out. He carried the energy of Light and thought it was about time Jack got a message that he needed to hear. He said to Jack, “The way through the fear is to use your light.” Jack laughed, “Yeh I know, only problem is I'm having trouble finding it.” And the Sun laughed too, and he said, “Oh Jack, look inside you. The light is inside you. It is like a torch, shining so brightly. It is on right now, you only have to realize it.” Jack looked within and sure enough there was a great, shining light!! “How did I not see this before?”

The Great Sun had a few words of wisdom. He said, “The way through the fear is to know that the light inside you will guide your way. You do not have to see the whole path in front of you. The light is just big enough for you to be able to see one or two steps ahead of you. And that's all the light you need. Take one step at a time, and the light will keep guiding you until you have gone the whole way through fear, and then you will find yourself at the top of the hill and see what wondrous things there are to see.”

So, Jack had a choice. To embark on this great journey through fear, knowing he had his trusty light inside him that could never be dimmed, and never go out, knowing that the journey through fear wouldn't take very long at all. Once Fear knows you are walking through it, it loses its challenge and the shadow starts dissipating. Fear will then leave, looking for someone else to cast a shadow over. Fear is only as big as the power we give it. Jack also had a choice to not walk through Fear. But he didn't come here to Earth to let fear get the better of him.

So he called upon all his ancestors and guides, and he asked “Please be with me as I walk through fear.” For fear is something you have to walk through on your own, yet you do not have to be all alone. And you are not.

He started to make the journey, and he must admit he was still a little scared. But something else started to stir inside him. Excitement. Adrenalin. The energy within him that was a spiritual warrior started to get activated. With each step he started to believe in himself more and more. “I can do this,” he thought. “I can do this!!” As he started walking faster, Fear was not happy and started taunting him more and more, telling him how stupid and wrong he was, telling him there'd be nothing but trouble waiting for him once he got over that hill. But Jack was no longer under the grip of fear. His inner light was glowing brightly now, it was carrying him faster and faster up the hill. His guides and ancestors were with him every step of the way, encouraging him, “You can do it, you can do it!”

As he ran faster a strange thing happened, wings started sprouting out of his shoulders!! He was running so fast now his feet almost weren't touching the ground! Then all of a sudden, wooshka, he was flying!! He couldn't believe it!! He was soaring in the air like a bird!! He felt so free, so exhilarated, so liberated. It was the most wonderful feeling in the world!

Fear was left behind, arms folded, “Grrr another one got away.” Yet secretly, Fear was smiling and happy for Jack. Not many people knew this about Fear but he actually existed to push people to their full potential. With every liberation, with every pair of wings sprouted, Fear gave himself a pat on the back. “Yeh, I did that,” he tells himself. The Sun always rolls his eyes. Everyone knew how great the Ego of Fear was. But they indulged him. For where would we be without him? How could anyone know the extent of their courage, their strength, their faith, their trust and belief in themselves, if it were not for Fear blocking their way forcing them then to go within and find their Light.

As Jack soared across the skies, he looked down and thought, “Well, here goes, now is the time I get to find out what it was all for.” He looked down and his heart leapt with joy and sighed with relief. There was an amazing kingdom! It contained his dream cozy home, tools galore to create whatever else he wanted, many like-minded kindred spirits already busily creating their part of this amazing new reality, and there in the centre of the meadow was a beautiful princess, waiting for him, waving her arms, saying “Hurry hurry, come down, there is so much to do!” He soared around the sky a couple more times, before swooping down to her. “How did you get here?” he asked. “How did you know to meet me here?” The princess smiled and said, “Because I have what you always have had, the inner light that told me which way to go.”

Jack and his beloved princess spent their days having so much fun and adventure. They traveled to many lands. They shared their story with many people. They told everyone, “Just like we have a light, you have one too. Look within, it is there, and it will guide you.” All was well in their world, and they lived happily ever after.

The solstice energies on June 21 2011 were super intense with a solar flare and 'full halo' CME occurring... We are feeling full of electrical energy that may have nowhere to go, thus short-circuiting via irritable temper snaps, mood swings and all manner of frustrations cropping up out of nowhere. Road-blocks, delays, crazy weather and strange things occurring during your night-time sleep state (unexpected astral travel, intense dreams) are some of the manifestations occurring as what feels like a huge helium balloon of energy tries to fit itself into a much smaller pipe! Baby News!

Christian and I are both thrilled to let you know that we are expecting our first baby, due in November! We are so excited to be bringing a little one into the world, and are so looking forward to be moving into our new chapter as parents.

At this stage, I am planning to continue sessions up until October 28, 2011 and then take a few months off to enjoy being a new mum!

July 2011 Monthly Visions: You are your New (True) Self – Act Accordingly!

Welcome to the Solar Eclipse in Cancer today, the third of a super powerful, mega-shifting eclipse series! Right about now you are likely feeling very clear around where you are still under-estimating, under-valuing and under-caring for yourself. If you aren’t sure that you’re very clear at all, take a look around at the kinds of things that have been going on in your life these past few weeks, including this week. The energies are being quite ruthless in getting the message across. If you are trying to hold onto old ‘not good enough’, ‘I can’t do it on my own’, ‘I’m not worthy’ patterns, if you are doing the ‘poor me’, if you are putting the needs of others ahead of your own authentic soul needs, then your own fabulous soul is not hesitating to give you a little (or big) slap! This can come as a physical body manifestation - a pain in the neck, burning your fingers or other body part accidentally or tripping over something – or a plan backfires or some situation has quite the unpleasant outcome. It is the universe lovingly yet very clearly shouting to you, hellooooo, remove yourself from this situation, or remove those old issues from your new (true) self, they are not serving you any more at all. Your soul is not taking a back seat anymore, and any attempt on your part to squish yourself back into the back seat, or into someone else’s driver’s seat for that matter, is not going to have a happy outcome!

Why the ruthlessness? Well it is sometimes not comfortable to be true to our authentic self because it comes with ‘what will people think?’, ‘am I going to upset someone?’, ‘what if I fail?’ and numerous other doubt-ridden and guilt-ridden beliefs. So, there comes a time when our soul has to make it more uncomfortable to stay in our false self, than it is for us to be true to our authentic self. It’s a bit of tough love, all for a good cause. Sometimes it takes that ouchy moment to realise that we’ve been ignoring our authentic needs, or even to simply realise what those needs are! With this eclipse in Cancer it’s all about acknowledging your needs and acknowledging your value. Just like we sometimes need a wake up call to realise our needs, we very often need one to realise our value!! Do you realise how far you’ve come? Do you realise what you have to offer? Do you realise that you are not who you were 5 or 10 or 20 years ago or even 1 year ago? Do you realise that you are MORE than you realise?

Certain situations you may have tolerated for years, are suddenly no longer tolerable for one minute more. Old patterns stemming from childhood wounds that you perhaps have taken 30 years to overcome may have flared up again this week, if only for a few minutes or hours or days, to double check: are you over this? Have you resolved this? Of course you have! We just wanted to make sure you knew! Congratulations! Now what are you doing with your new (true) self?

Aahh, this is the question of the day. What are you doing with your new (true) self? Really what we’re asking here is, do you realise yet 100% that you ARE your new (true) self and are you acting accordingly?

When we have spent years with a certain self-perception, interestingly enough we often continue to live life with the cloak of that self-perception over us influencing us, even long after we have technically dealt with the cloak! This is why sometimes our external reality doesn’t yet match who we feel ourselves to be, and we can’t work out why because we know we’ve done all the work! We may have dealt with our self-value issues for years, and figure we are surely over it by now! Meanwhile we are still living with situations, or attracting scenarios, that don’t exactly match our ‘healthy self-value’ idea of ourselves. It isn’t that you haven’t dealt with the issues properly, it may just be that you simply forgot to ‘act accordingly’! Your energy has shifted, but your physical self is still hanging out on the old movie set! In that case, it is not about having another healing session or doing more inner work, it is more about literally, physically moving and taking action. This might mean literally moving house, leaving a partner or job, saying no next time your same ole same ole pattern shows up in a person or invitation, taking the next step with your business that you have been too scared to take, booking that trip.

This Solar Eclipse in Cancer is highlighting our boundaries, or lack of. If a pattern shows up in your face again it doesn’t necessarily mean ‘Oh no I must not have dealt with that properly yet!’ A pattern always shows up one last time, in a big way, for you to confront it once and for all, and say ‘NO!”. No to being used, no to being steamrolled over, no to accepting less than you are worth, no to forgetting who you really are and YES to your Self!! The word No can often be the most powerful final full stop to a lifetime pattern that has well and truly served it’s purpose. In saying No to what is no longer true for you, you say Yes to your authentic self and path, and that opens up doors you have long been dreaming of.

You can have a million healings, but at the end of the day for what purpose? Yes we all want to achieve higher states of self-awareness and inner peace, but again, for what purpose? If it was just about enlightenment for enlightenment’s sake, we could have stayed in some higher realm vibration and been nothing but light! We are here on Earth to take an amazing evolutionary step, to step into our authentic selves consciously, and then consciously create our reality here in the physical. Self-awareness is all well and good (and necessary) but at a certain point we have to ask ourselves are we putting all this self-awareness into practice? Are we embodying it in our daily lives? Are we using it to create a greater, more expansive reality for ourselves and contributing to the greater reality of humanity?

Take a look around your life. How do you feel about all the aspects of your life? Health? Relationships? Work? Finances? Family? Friends? Home? Does your experience of these aspects match who you truly feel yourself to be? This doesn’t mean you need a million dollars sitting in the bank. We can have a poverty mentality with millions, or a wealth mentality with one dollar. We can be living in a 10 bedroom mansion and feel miserable. We can live in a small log cabin feeling happy as Larry. This question isn’t asking have you created a super fabulous life that would look great on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, it is asking have you created a super fabulous life that feels great to you?

Over these past few weeks you have hopefully emerged with a much greater realisation around where you have still been holding on to old ancestral and cellular stories about yourself, that are just not true for you! You may have resolved your abundance issues that came from your Depression-era grandparents, yet are still scraping together your pennies when bills come in, because part of your energy is still acting as if you have that cloak on! If this is the case, one or more areas of your life will be showing you this very clearly. Look at that area, close your eyes and imagine how you would ideally like it to look. Next, ask to be shown: what do I need to do right now to let that in/create that? Part of the answer may be inner-related, which is fine. Yet if so, ask again: what is the action step I am avoiding? Why am I avoiding it? When you get your answer, confront it. Is it really true for you? If your answer is lack or fear or doubt related, it certainly is not true on your most authentic level. Know that. Is it part of an old cloak/belief? What if you acted like it just wasn’t true? What would you do? What freedom would that give you?

For those who are on my Facebook page, you would have read the following Lunar Eclipse message there, but it is worth repeating here: “What illusion has been holding you back from Freedom? A belief you are not worthy, not powerful or not abundant? Today let go of the "not" that has become the "knot" blocking the flow of who you really are. Today it's less about acting as if you are already worthy, powerful and abundant, and more about letting go of acting as if you are not!”

That Lunar Eclipse was so powerful because it was in alignment with the Galactic Centre, and it is our Earth’s and Sun’s alignment with the Galactic Centre that is triggering our major evolutionary Shift. So, the message of it is relevant not only for that day, but generally relevant for this entire time period as we move into the next 18 months or so. The current Eclipse series highlighted this message from several different angles, supporting us in a heightened and accelerated way to finally, really truly get this.

This is greater than a once in a lifetime opportunity – it is a once in 26,000 year opportunity to use the Galactic Centre energies as a force propelling us to become self-aware, conscious creators on the magnificent physical plane of Planet Earth. Turn your light on to full, because having it on dim is so old reality:)

June 21 Solstice, Solar Flare and Halo CME

The solstice energies on June 21 2011 were super intense with a solar flare and 'full halo' CME occurring. CME's come after the more powerful solar flares. CME's are coronal mass injections which are gigantic bubbles of electrified gas: the ones coming toward earth look like halo's around the sun, hence are called 'halo events'. We are feeling full of electrical energy that may have nowhere to go, thus short-circuiting via irritable temper snaps, mood swings and all manner of frustrations cropping up out of nowhere. Road-blocks, delays, crazy weather and strange things occurring during your night-time sleep state (unexpected astral travel, intense dreams) are some of the manifestations occurring as what feels like a huge helium balloon of energy tries to fit itself into a much smaller pipe!

Solar Flares and CME's aren't something to protect and shield yourself from - although Hollywood movies love to focus on that aspect of things. Energetically they are requiring us to expand our energy, heighten our senses and raise our vibration. We are like that pipe that a huge balloon of energy is trying to fit into. Our pipes are being squeezed open right now to fit in more light and in some cases they are totally breaking apart so that we have to pretty much start fresh with a new blank slate be it geographically, financially, with our work or relationships, or emotionally and mentally with our beliefs and ways of being. It doesn't always feel comfortable and you might at times feel like crying in despair, but the benefits of stretching to meet the growth potential of your soul far outweigh the growing pains along the way.

If you find yourself having a grrr or boohoo moment, let yourself have it then ask yourself: what is coming up for me right now? Why am I feeling frustrated/angry/sad? What aspect of myself is pleading for greater expression? What aspect of myself has something to say or do that isn't being said or done? Where am I holding myself back and why do I keep doing that? What am I passionate about in my life that I have kept dormant for far too long?

The above questions and resulting shifts as you answer them are the true gold and gift of these and future solar flares/cme's. They are only set to increase in size and frequency, and no matter how many layers of the doona you hide under, the energies will find you! So saddle up your horse and giddee-up.....your soul is moving forward to a new destination and you may as well go with it!

June 2011 Monthly Visions: Activating your ‘Missing’ Vibration

There is so much strong, powerful energy circulating around us right now that I hardly know where to start! The strongest theme that feels to be underscoring everything is that of breaking through those ceilings that have kept each of us limited in one or more aspects of our reality. Stronger even than the busting through theme, is the dawning realisation around why it’s been so hard to make the quantum leaps we have been wanting forever and what we now have to do to ground and embody them.

We all have something that we have found difficult to manifest or maintain once manifested. No matter how much we journal, meditate, get healings and say affirmations there seems to be one huge ‘quantum leap’ desire within everyone that constantly seems to be an arm’s length away. This has been coming up so often in sessions this past month, with one primary message repeating itself over again: Your reality is like an album full of songs. If you want to add something that you are finding difficult to create or maintain it’s because that song is not on your album. You have to add that song to your album, and not just add it but stamp it on there so it is a new and permanent part of your vibrational field. It is literally a new aspect of your being that has not been activated up until now, and that is why it has not been able to take form physically on the material plane. If you have been trying to add something that has never been a song on your family album, know that this new vibration is completely unfamiliar to your ancestral energy field and so it literally has been unable to ‘stick’ onto your album in a permanent way. You have to upgrade your cellular wiring, literally infusing it with the vibration of the new aspects that you would like to invite into your reality field.

The key words here are “infusing it with the vibration”. While it may appear that the love of your life or home of your dreams is the thing that’s lacking from your life, what is actually lacking is an activated connection to the vibration that your energy associates with the manifestation of that thing (and that is different for everyone). First figure out what the ‘missing’ vibration is exactly, and that’s where all that journaling and meditating, and all those healings and affirmations will help. For example, if you want greater financial prosperity the vibration that is the missing link for you might be worthiness, stability, freedom, power or all of the above. Abraham-Hicks tells us that if you want to manifest something you need to work out why you want it (eg do you want to feel more secure/more loved/more happy) and then work out a way to feel that right now. It’s also very helpful to work out why part of you doesn’t want it (eg fear of losing freedom, losing independence, being seen as greedy), because that will create major resistance toward letting your manifestation in. Most of this you all know, it’s basic Law of Attraction 101 yet we still have desired manifestations that aren’t manifesting. Why? Trying to feel something that has never been on your album, is like trying to visualise blue when you’ve never seen blue. We might know that stability is our missing vibration, but if our cells don’t recognise that vibration it doesn’t ‘stick’ and thus we won’t be able to attract it or hold it on a physical level – until we activate it within our cells.

Just a note on any manifestation ‘delays’. Today we’re not talking about the Divine Timing factor which is very real for certain events (eg a specific date may be required by an incoming soul for its conception date), nor are we talking about desired things that aren’t meant for you. We’re talking about that which is desired and for your highest good, that which your soul is absolutely calling you toward. A call which is feeling stronger and sounding louder right now than ever before, and you feel at a complete loss as to what more you could possibly do to let it in. You may have found yourself saying lately something like: “Show me what it is I am not seeing.”

There is a story featured in the film ‘What the Bleep do we Know’ about a tribe of people unable to see ships anchored offshore, because the sight was alien to their usual reality. It wasn’t until a shaman stared out to sea, imagining what he was looking for, that he was finally able to make out the ships. It was only after pointing them out to others that eventually everyone could see the ships. This phenomenon is called perceptual blindness, based on a theory that our brains literally can’t see what we don’t understand, but because the shaman was used to expanding his vortex of perception he was able to open up to the new reality that already existed right before their eyes. There is a similar phenomenon called inattentional blindness, where we don’t see something unless we are looking for it or expect to see it. Christian and I were in the city for his surprise birthday party one night, and I was trying to avoid the party destination until all the guests had arrived so he wouldn’t bump into any of them on their way there. We were casually strolling by the waterfront and it was only later that I found out that a group of our friends on the way to the party had walked right by us and, according to them, we both looked straight at them! They were mortified they’d been seen, and said they just kept walking like nothing happened and acted like they didn’t know us! Two even said they quickly thought “I’m invisible, I’m invisible!” Christian and I both swear we did not see them! My intention was so strong that we wouldn’t bump into anyone, and he didn’t expect to bump into those particular friends because they’d already made up a story of where they’d be that night, that they literally became invisible to us! This really made me wonder what else is it that we aren’t seeing that is right in front of our noses? Starships? Our dream home? Things we don’t even have a name for yet?

So we know that if our brain can’t see what we don’t understand, or we don’t expect to see something, we won’t see it. More to the point of today’s topic, our Law of Attraction ‘blind spot’ seems to be that we find it incredibly difficult to have something ‘stick’ to us that we associate with something that is separate to us. We see this regularly in people who win millions in the Lottery only to lose it all within a very short time period. They let the actual money in, but they couldn’t see or feel and thus activate the particular vibration they associated with having that much money whether that was a higher wealth consciousness, worth consciousness or freedom consciousness. One or more of those ‘songs’ weren’t on their cellular and vibrational album!

So the first step is being very aware of what your specific ‘missing vibration’ is, but the real quantum leaps happen once we fully, truly and cellularly OWN that vibration. Our cells can have a hard time owning a new vibration if it is very new to us personally, or ancestrally. It almost treats it like a virus, repelling it from our bodies as soon as it gets too close.

An image the guides showed to help us own new vibrations – new ‘songs’ on our album - is to imagine the vibration like a golden light filling every single one of our cells, imprinting each cell with the new vibration. We are upgrading our cells to a ‘new normal’. While doing this, it is helpful to feel the new vibration and affirm it. Something I loved was a sentence Oprah said during her final show: ‘There is a common thread running through all our pain and suffering. Unworthiness. Not feeling worthy of owning the life you were created for.’ You are worthy of owning the life you were created for. Our soul’s highest potential life has already been created for us, by us, on a vibrational level. We keep it at arm’s length by not owning one or more bridges linking our physical reality to our vibrational reality. To manifest our soul’s highest potential life, we have to own the vibrations that are the missing links between the vibrational version and the physical version.

If you want more financial prosperity, I’m sure you have been trying to feel wealthy, and think wealthy, and visualise yourself wealthy but what you need to know is that inviting more wealth into your life is not always necessarily about opening up to wealth consciousness. We all want more wealth for different emotional reasons. Ask what financial prosperity means to you and trust the words that pop into your head. If freedom comes up, this is what you want to infuse into your cells, imagining the vibration of freedom filling your every cell, imprinting itself into every cell. Use a sentence that works for you to help the process along eg “I allow myself to be free, I allow myself to own freedom, I open my every cell and every level to freedom consciousness, I am worthy of freedom”.

I am fascinated by Epigenetics because this science has proved what we metaphysically already know – our cells carry the memories and beliefs of our ancestors. So take a look at some of the beliefs held by your parents and grandparents (and you will know by noticing the kinds of things they say, their general mentality toward life, the way they live their life etc) and acknowledge where your cells are repeating the songs on the family album. This will tell you what your ‘missing’ vibration may be. Make your new song “I am worthy of owning stability”, “I am worthy of owning freedom”, “I am worthy of owning (whatever it is you can see your family haven’t owned)” Also, don’t forget all those family sayings that need upgrading. You might have to change generations of “Life is hard...a struggle...you have to work hard to get anything” to “I am worthy of an easy, fulfilling, abundant life.” Remember, this time it isn’t about the affirmation itself, it is about imagining the vibration of this new mentality infusing each and every cell.

This month is a super powerful time to invite, add and own new vibrations, and breakthrough old, limiting ceilings and preconceptions of what reality can be like. On June 1-2 we have the New Moon and Solar Eclipse in Gemini (Check for your local time: http://www.yasminboland.com/2011/06/june-moon-times-2/). Imagine a golden vortex of all possible vibrations and invite all the ones that call you to come into every cell of your body. This is followed by a June 15/16 Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius, activating the Galactic Centre. The Galactic Centre represents the Great Mystery. It emanates very high vibrational energy, and it is our Earth’s coming alignment with this Centre that heralds the ‘era-2012’ ending of one cycle, and beginning of a new cycle. If ever there was a time to imagine, see, feel and ‘lock in’ new vibrations, both for ourselves personally and for our world globally, now is that time. Now is the time to breakthrough old restrictive ideas around what life has to be like, and burst forward into a completely new paradigm where life is greater than we can even currently imagine possible. Now is the time to activate your inner Imagineer and really go for it – the energy of Now says nothing is impossible, nothing is not do-able, everything is possible and everything is do-able. We just have to stamp it onto our vibrational fields and get into the feeling space of knowing that that is our absolute destined reality and destination. From there take inspired action whenever guided to do so. Inspired action is different to logical action in that it typically doesn’t involve the most logical route to a destination, but it does lead you down the easiest, most magical route.

We then have the Summer/Winter Solstice on June 21, which is International World Peace and Prayer Day as organised by Chief Arvol Looking Horse, Keeper of the White Buffalo Calf Pipe, and Spiritual Leader of the Lakota, Dakota and Nakota people. On this day all peoples of Earth regardless of race or religion are invited to join in prayer for peace and harmony for all living beings, including Mother Earth. It is a day of balance, with the Northern Hemisphere experiencing the longest day of the year and the Southern Hemisphere the shortest.

Now is the time for ‘all hands on deck’. We are all a piece of the giant humanity jigsaw, and your piece makes a difference. On June 21 take some time to make your contribution to the next chapter in humanity’s evolution and new album. Say a prayer, light a candle, vision from your heart imagining what a beautiful, peaceful, harmonious world would look like. If you have a passion for animals, the environment, music, creativity, media, education, health or any other area, you might like to specifically focus on what those aspects of life look like in your ideal world. It doesn’t matter if you spend 30 seconds or 30 minutes, it is your heart-felt intention that counts. Just as you can activate a new vibration within your personal field so too you can help to activate a new vibration in our collective field. Don’t think that vibrational action is a bit of fluff that has no real impact on physical reality. It has tremendous impact (check out Dr Emoto’s work with water!).

Although it’s technically happening next month, there is a second Solar Eclipse on the July 1 New Moon in Cancer, so we really aren’t going to be able to ignore the acceleration of energy over the next 4-6 weeks. Eclipses are much like tornado’s in that they can pick you up without warning, and set you down in some new location several miles down the road. Whatever direction you are pulled to or called to this month, know that these winds of change are working to uplift you and upgrade you. Bless them, thank them and breathe them in!

May 2011: Moving from False Authority to Authentic Autonomy

I’ll be honest. I had a hard time getting in the space to write these Monthly Visions this month. Yep I forgot April’s Monthly Visions advice to connect to my inner zero point and I was hovering out of my Vortex for about a week there. How many times have I written ‘don’t let external events determine your inner reality’? Yet something well and truly took the wind out of my sail on May Day: The official announcement that Osama had been killed, and the ensuing celebrations by flag-waving patriots that they had finally smoked the evil one out of his cave and dumped him in the ocean where he belonged. The SuperMan good guys scored a goal for Team “Truth, Justice and the American Way” and the world could sleep a little more sound that night. Hmmm...

Leaving the topic of ‘Is he or isn’t he dead?/Has he actually been dead for years?’ debate aside, did anyone hear any mainstream news media commented on the astounding amount of data indicating that perhaps Osama and Al-Qaeda weren’t behind 9/11, but that there may have been other forces with other agendas at work there? Did anyone hear any mainstream news media mentioning how many innocent civilians, international journalists and troops have been killed in Afghanistan and Iraq since the US and coalition’s ‘War on Terror’ – it’s estimated the figure is 303 times the amount of people killed on 9/11!!! We are talking almost a million people!! (You can find some interesting figures backed up by official sources here: http://www.unknownnews.net/casualties.html)

As masses of the population united in a collective Shadow dance of ‘the bad guy is dead’, our personal tendencies to project onto the Other all that we disown and fear within was on high beam display. In reality nothing, whether on the personal or global level, is so black and white. There is no ‘us and them’. Rarely is the ‘good guys and bad guys’ story as clear cut as the movies would have us believe. Yet May Day showed that we still love a good movie as long as we all live happily ever after, with no real conscious thought or action or questioning on our part. The real causes of our terror may still be lurking in the shadows, but pointing out someone else who we believe is ‘really bad’ makes us feel relieved, as if that somehow absolves us of any such badness. In actual fact, all we are doing is abdicating our responsibility (three words that have come up many times this week) to find the real causes of our problems so that we can powerfully find real solutions for our dreams and desires. Why do we do this? As scared as we are of living with fears and restrictions, are we even more scared to actually live with authentic freedom? And in a nutshell, this is really what sent me off balance this past week, pondering how many people on this planet are still unconsciously choosing the illusion of freedom at the cost of quite the opposite for not only themselves but millions of others?

Yet how can one choose an alternative door of reality or reality perception if you really don’t see it or believe in it, or think your door is perfectly fine? And who are we to judge anyway? Doesn’t every spiritual master say that all doors and choices are fine, that everyone has their own path to their own destination? Yet one thing just keeps bothering me. While I respect everyone’s decision to choose the door of choice for them, it angers and saddens me no end that not everyone can see ALL the doors!! None of us can. How is that a fair choice? How is that freedom? It isn’t and that is why we have all been looking forward to this Shift for so long. This is known as the time of revelations – when all that is hidden is revealed with our graduation gift being a rise in vibration and consciousness for the whole planet and everything on it, opening us to more doors of reality and perception and choice. Bring it on, I say!! I want to see all the doors available to us, I want everyone to see all the doors available to them! Then choose away to your heart’s content!

Yes I know the whole theme of this huge cycle we’ve been karmically travelling has been about experiencing certain doors and intentionally being blind to others...blah blah....but we’re coming to the end of that cycle now, right? So, I’m thinking it’s high time some more doors starting getting blasted open for more people. Yes I know it’s happening, I’d just like to see it happening a lot faster with more gusto. Sure everything in its right time – but surely that includes our own inner alarm clocks that are ringing loudly, arousing us from our spiritual slumbers and awakening us into a new phase of conscious action. Our awakening has a greater purpose beyond the personal. Our awakening has a planetary, collective purpose, and it is time for more of us to step into that greater purpose.

It is true that all we each have to do is be our best possible true self, and we will be fulfilling our role in our giant jigsaw. Change starts within, and you can’t change anyone except yourself. Yet it is time for us all to expand what we believe we are capable of doing as individual beings. It is time for us all to expand our concept of just how influential and inspirational our individual actions and thoughts can be. While we are not responsible for shifting others, that can only happen from within, we are all responsible in our own way to shift this awakening up a notch, if we feel called to do so. By that I mean, if you work for a magazine for example and you keep getting a nudge to run a certain story but are sure the editor will say no, don’t just give up before even trying. Pitch the story, and even if you don’t get that story published, maybe you’ll get something close. Point being, we all need to stop automatically deferring to external authority, and start following our inner autonomy.

On the upside regardless of which side of the conspiracy theory fence you are sitting on, one thing is being made very clear: the majority of people do want freedom and peace and I believe that that collective desire will get us there. Some of us might get there in a harmonious way, others a more challenging way, but surely being united in a common desire counts for something when it comes to co-creating a different kind of future?

There is a story of a positive little boy who upon entering a room filled with manure smiled widely saying “With all this s*@$ there must be a pony here somewhere!” So too, with all this heavy Shadow stuff intensifying on not just the global level but in many of our personal lives, there must be a massive amount of incoming truth and light creating that Shadow!

The best way to hand over all power, control and responsibility for our lives is to believe in lies. The problem is, what happens if we have believed a lie for so long we just assume it’s the truth? How do you stop believing a lie if you don’t even know it is one? How do you even decipher between what is truth and what is not? Asking someone to ‘tell you the truth’ isn’t necessarily going to work, because they might be totally convinced that what they are saying is true even if it is not. This becomes dangerous when they are in a position of authority, whether it’s your parent, teacher, doctor, priest, political or spiritual ‘leader’ or nightly news broadcaster. We rationalise ‘well this person I see as my authority, or the authority on the matter, said it, so it must be true.’ Unless we were lucky enough to be raised in a conscious environment, we never really learned to think with our hearts, to feel with our souls, to sense with our energy. Quite the opposite, we were taught to completely ignore those things and to ‘do as you’re told, stop questioning everything, you’ll get into trouble with that kind of attitude’. If we did learn to do these things, we would soon start seeing the difference between truths and lies as clearly as if a neon light was flashing above someone’s head.

With ‘the Apocalypse’ now coming toward us like a speeding train (this is a good time to remind everyone that Apocalypse means ‘lifting of the veil’, ‘revelation’, ‘that which has been hidden to be revealed’) we are currently experiencing a personal and collective lifting up of the carpets. While the upside of this time of revelations is that much truth is being and is yet to be revealed, the other side of the process is that all the lies that have been swept under the carpet are coming up like a choking dust storm. New lies that don’t want the old lies to be revealed are emerging out of nowhere. Old lies that you thought had died long ago are suddenly in your face again.

Deeply imbedded family beliefs that your cells may have carried without your conscious awareness are likely confronting you in one way or other. It may be blatantly and directly or subtly via the blocks you keep coming up against that are intensifying now. We are becoming aware of where we are still holding on to our parent’s or grandparent’s beliefs/lies like ‘you’ll never afford that’, ‘you can’t make a living doing that’, ‘get back to reality’, ‘who do you think you are’ and so on.

The good news is, for those who are starting to think with their hearts, feel with their souls and sense with their energy, anything that is not true is clear as a bell. Everyone has their own body signs of when they hear something that is true, or not true. Some of us experience truth as tingles in our body, our heart beating excitedly, an inner knowing of ‘yes’ this is true, or a general inexplicable feeling that is as strong as knowing the difference between a train track clicking into place or not. Some experience lies as having no energy, like the voice saying it is hollow or disconnected from something, like a knot in the stomach or a general sick or cold feeling. Everyone is different, but where we are all the same is this: your body knows the difference between something that is true for you, and something that is not. It is really, really, time to start listening to your body!

In these times of ‘revelations’, we can expect both major truths and major lies or distortions of truth, to confront us. It’s time to take responsibility for how we choose to respond to what it is we hear and see. We need to think twice (the second time with our heart if not the first) before we believe what we are told just because it comes from someone ‘in authority’. A word of warning: if you choose to see and perhaps even share what you feel is truth, you might be dismissed as crazy, a conspiracy theorist or a leftie hippie, all meant to infer that you just have no common sense, are unpatriotic and just don’t understand how the world works. The irony is, you may be standing there with a truckload of intelligent, factual evidence supporting your case, but such is the stronghold of ‘authority’ that people will ignore a truth unless it is made ‘official’ by someone in ‘authority’.

It is time to let go of our addiction to false authority, and turn inward to our authentic autonomy. If we believe that the big bad boogeyman outside us can threaten our lives, we also must believe that there is someone outside us who has the power to better our lives. We are the ones who have the power to change our lives. We are the ones who will determine how our world looks in 2013 and beyond. As the Hopi say, We are the ones we have been waiting for.

April 2011 Monthly Visions: Connect to your Inner Zero Point

So it’s not enough that we have Doomsdayers out there trying to convince everyone that we are approaching the end of the world. (Apparently they have an inability to comprehend that there are calendar cycles far superior to and older than our familiar 365 day cycle, and that just like we start a new calendar cycle every January 1, so too do we start a new cycle every 5, 200 years, and every 26, 000 years, as we are about to do now. And just like the world doesn’t end every December 31, nor does the world end every time we get to the end of a longer calendar cycle!). Now we also have the Denialists showing up at the opposite extreme, basically saying there’s nothing happening, nothing at all, nothing to see here folks, move along.

I watched a video blog piece today by a well known author that said the Mayans simply didn’t get around to finishing their calendar, kind of like half-finishing a book, and so there’s no significance to the end date!! In actual fact, they did finish the calendar and there is huge significance to the specific amount of days covered in what they call their Long Count. It is a very precise calendar incorporating the Pleidian star system of which our Sun is a part, and the movement of our Earth in relation to our Galactic Centre and Equator. So precise in fact that they knew the exact moment that Earth would be aligned with a point in space that the ancients referred to as a ‘crossroads’ and a point of spiritual awakening. They knew precisely how long it would take to get to that point. They knew precisely that a cycle around our Spiral Galaxy takes 5, 200 years and that every approx 26, 000 years we would experience the culmination of a Great Cycle corresponding with the Precession of the Equinoxes (the Earth’s wobble that alters the direction of it’s Polar Axis). We are at these points now! Sure it’s all very complex so it’s okay not to understand it, but to suggest that life will continue on as normal, perhaps in an attempt to reduce fear, is missing a grand opportunity to be a conscious, active participant in the transformation of our Earth and ways of living.

Denial of the Shift feels to be rooted in the same fear of change held by the Doomsdayers. Denialists don’t want to see signs of Winter, meanwhile Doomsdayers are blind to the coming Spring. Both must therefore be scared that Winter signifies a permanent ending of life, rather than acknowledging the natural cycles of life that ensure we evolve not stagnate. We need to love, accept and embrace all phases of this cycle. Yes the Earth is shaking, and yes much will collapse, but we didn’t come here to sit and cry amongst the rubble for our lost reality. Now is the time to be like the mythical Phoenix, who at the end of her long life builds herself a nest and sets it alight. She emerges from her own ashes as a new egg, ready to be reborn and live a new long life. The beauty of this story is of her graceful honouring of the natural cycles. She doesn’t see her fiery end as a failure, she simply knows when it’s time to ‘change bodies’. She doesn’t fear ending one life, because she knows a new one awaits. Just as spring and the dawn follow our winters and midnights, so too will a new cycle follow the old. Just like the transformation from one season to another doesn’t happen overnight, so too our cyclic evolutionary transformation won’t happen overnight or occur on one certain day. It is happening right now, and to deny it or fear it, is to stick our heads in the sand during one of the most spectacular transformations ever to happen to a planet with a humanity of 7 billion transforming right along with her.

Earth is literally shedding her skin like a snake, wriggling out of her old vibration and rebirthing into her new vibration. Every single event occurring right now that looks like collapse or destruction is a huge wake up call opportunity for us. As we rush to re-build homes demolished by earthquakes and floods, are we going to re-build in the same old ways or are we going to take this opportunity to build sustainable, off the grid homes using renewable clean energy and recycled materials? As we witness the meltdown of the nuclear reactors in Japan are we going to listen to the politicians trying to convince us that nuclear plants are still essential and low-risk, or are we going to listen to our hearts that are telling us the risks of nuclear plants far outweigh the benefits, and that we have alternative energy sources available that are zero risk to the health of all living beings on this planet. I am tired of governments and corporations selling out the wellbeing of humanity for money! They do this with wars, with pharmaceuticals, with toxic chemicals, enough already!

As Earth sheds her skin we are experiencing changes in our magnetosphere, the field protecting our planet from space weather. So we are feeling affected more and more by Solar Flares, and the incoming frequencies of the Galactic Centre. Lately you may be feeling dizzy, lightheaded, like you are a bit out of your body and not quite ‘with it’, you may feel you need to sit down or pull over in the car, you may be experiencing headaches or migraines, and feel like you need to lie down more regularly. On top of that, you may be highly sensitive to the movements of the Earth as she goes through her Changes, and highly empathetic to the Changes being experienced by your brothers and sisters around the world as they go through their personal and community upheavals. Thus, you may be more emotional than usual, crying intensely, feeling sad or depressed.

The theory is that the changes in our magnetosphere will continue until we get to Zero Point, at which moment we will literally be 100% exposed to space weather and thus the full frequencies of the Galactic Centre. It is said that in that moment we will have the opportunity to have our veils blown fully off us, to have our minds blown wide open, to have a moment of knowing all, remembering all. If you have watched the movie Limitless, I am guessing it would be kind of like that but even better, and without the drugs!

As you can imagine constantly being influenced by these changes, along with a reality-altering moment of heightened awareness that turns everything you thought to be real and true upside down, is enough to make a person crazy – unless you are tuned in to your own personal Zero Point.

And that’s where we seem to be at right now. The strongest message right now feels to be ‘find your inner Zero Point and learn how to connect to it and stay in it.” What is your inner Zero Point? It is a space in which you feel Centred Stillness. It simultaneously feels calm and energizing, you feel connected to the core of the Earth and the heart of the great central Sun, you feel connected to your own authentic/higher self and Source Energy. You feel protected and know that no matter what, you will be okay – whether in this body or without this body. Your soul is powerful and continues to live no matter what.

In this space of inner Zero Point, there is no fear for there is nothing to fear. Fear is simply the head turning away from Source, from Love, from Consciousness, from Truth. To be in your Zero Point is to be highly aware of everything, yet not react erratically like one of those bouncy dolls that sway to and fro in reaction to every punch. This emotional tendency to react to external events whether in our own home or on the other side of the world is something that makes us human, yet when we are not connected to our Inner Zero Point our reactions are erratic and often make us feel helpless and powerless. When we are connected to our Inner Zero Point we can observe what is happening, and feel in a hyper aware way what is the best thing to do in any given moment. To be in your inner Zero Point is not to be in numbness or apathy. From your inner Zero Point you are free to respond consciously, from a space of inner wisdom and higher consciousness. From your inner Zero Point you are in your Power and connected to your Higher Power. You do not fear collapse because you no longer see it as destruction, rather you know it to be part of the process of rebirth and rejuvenation.

With increasing amounts of Earth changes, political and social changes, and fear running riot around the planet, it is very important that we each know how to connect to our inner Zero Point and as much as possible live from that space. We can drive ourselves crazy reading websites that are telling us this country is safe, that area is not, get to a high mountain, start storing food etc, but the right guidance will be different for every person. From your own inner Zero Point, you will intuitively be guided as to what is right for you. If you need to move, you’ll feel it. If you get an urge to plant vegetables and fruit trees, do it. If you get the feeling to put a crystal into the Earth somewhere, go for it. While certain events do need to happen during this transformation process, we don’t have to experience this time in a freaked out turmoil. We can move through it with calm, grace, power and positive thoughts and actions. Certainly the people of Japan have shown us that this approach is possible even in the worst of circumstances.

From our inner Zero Point we can consciously use our powers of intention and manifestation for the highest good. We can vision a new Earth, a new reality for humanity, one that is based on greater truth, harmony, authenticity and freedom. We can say goodbye to the fear and the numbness that has kept us trapped in the old illusion where truth was hidden. Very importantly, we can practice discernment. What rings true for you? What resonates? What doesn’t? As the incoming light bombards the planet over the coming 20 months, you can bet that the ‘darker’ energies, will rise up like you’ve never seen before. Prison wardens don’t really like to see their sources of power (us) flee the prison! So nothing would surprise me. Anything to try and keep people in fear and terror. Use your discernment when you hear something on the media. Ask yourself, does this feel true? Don’t feel we are in a battle here of Light and Dark, rather think of it as a People’s Liberation as we finally SEE both the light and dark and are thus freed. That which is hidden from view (both light and dark) has kept us repressed and controlled. As truth is revealed, we become free, empowered beings who can truly start to be the conscious co-creators of our reality.

So how do we get to our inner Zero Point? Every one has a different way that works for them. Essentially connecting to our inner Zero Point means finding a way that you can instantly access that deep place of stillness and bliss experienced during meditation. We can’t walk around meditating with our eyes closed all day, nor might we have time for a 20 minute meditation should we find ourselves in the middle of an earthquake! You want to know how to plug in instantly, and live plugged in to your Zero Point. For those that find words and affirmations powerful, you can daily say something like “I am connected to my Higher Self. I am connected to the Highest Source of Truth Love and Light. I am connected to the Core and Heart of Mother Earth. I am aligned with my best possible self, best possible reality and best possible movement forward”. Or you can find other words that feel good to you. You don’t need to use the words Inner Zero Point unless they particularly resonate with you – this isn’t any sort of official name for it, it’s just words they have used to describe the point we all need to connect to right now within. If you love connecting with your breath, use your breath to connect to it, perhaps focusing on your Solar Plexus. If you are visual, there might be a symbol or image that instantly takes you to that place where you are out of the drama, and in the zone of All that Is. Some people highly resonate with the words I AM, or Om Namah Shivaya (I bow to my true identity/my inner self). There is no one way, there are many ways. Use whatever works for you!

As our new collective Phoenix rises from the ashes, truth will be revealed, our vibration and consciousness will be elevated, and we will truly start to live as if born anew. For some this has already happened, and if you are in this group you will already feel a state of calm, peace and higher awareness more days than not. For others still in the birth canal so to speak, know that this greater reality is your destined reality. Connect to your inner Zero Point and love yourself forward. Let this be your ultimate authority, and ultimate guide. YOU are your own ultimate authority and ultimate guide.

10 Things to Learn from Japan

1. THE CALM

Not a single visual of chest-beating or wild grief. Sorrow itself has been elevated.

2. THE DIGNITY
Disciplined queues for water and groceries. Not a rough word or a crude gesture.

3. THE ABILITY
The incredible architects, for instance. Buildings swayed but didn't fall.

4. THE GRACE
People bought only what they needed for the present, so everybody could get something.

5. THE ORDER
No looting in shops. No honking and no overtaking on the roads. Just understanding.

6. THE SACRIFICE
Fifty workers stayed back to pump sea water in the N-reactors. How will they ever be repaid.

7. THE TENDERNESS
Restaurants cut prices. An unguarded ATM is left alone. The strong cared for the weak.

8. THE TRAINING
The old and the children, everyone knew exactly what to do. And they did just that.

9. THE MEDIA
They showed magnificent restraint in the bulletins. No silly reporters. Only calm reportage.

10. THE CONSCIENCE

When the power went off in a store, people put things back on the shelves and left quietly.
