Soul Sessions: DIY or Appointments and Gift Certificates available
If you are feeling a bit stuck, tired of repeating old patterns, wondering what is going on in a certain area of your life, or simply needing some guidance and inspiration for your movement forward there is no better place to look for answers than your own energy. Our cells, chakras, higher self and guides remember who we really are, and know why it is we do the things we do. Every one of us has the ability to connect with our own energy, yet sometimes it is hard to perceive our inner messages clearly. Mind chatter, external opinions, old habits, fear and doubt all play a part in clouding our wise inner-tuition. Getting into the practice of daily journaling helps you to 'check your inner emails', while regular meditation even just 15 min a day, gets you into your flow zone reminding you of your natural state of being. We all have the ability to be our own soul intuitive/soul session DIY. There are times though when no matter what we do, we can't seem to get the clarity we are looking for. That's when a session, or series of sessions, with a reputable life coach, therapist, counsellor, or soul intuitive can be a profound help, uplifting you into a space of mental and emotional clarity, giving you a sense of peace and new perspective about important life areas.

September Monthly Visions: Shifting Tides
There is a very distinct energy occurring now. It is as if the tide has gone out, but is yet to come back in. This may be showing up in your life as the disappearance or loss of something that is yet to be replaced; a job, source of income, a relationship, home, geographical location, family, friends, or nearly all of the above. In addition to this, we can include the loss of aspects of our self, parts of our personality that we thought were 'us' only to look in the mirror and have no idea all of a sudden who it is we are anymore.
