What an unexpected whirlwind of events these past few days! We left Taos last week and had a week or so to visit friends on the rez in South Dakota before we had to fly to LA this Saturday and back home to Sydney next week. While up there we also wanted to visit another friend who lived way on the other side of the state, and figured we could only stay a night in order to make our pretty tight schedule. All the while we were thinking how strange it was for us to have such a tight schedule as usually we like to be free to go with the flow, but I had talks to do in Brisbane at the end of June so that was that. So we get to our friend’s place on Sunday and there is a big hubub of activity, which is usual, yet there was something extra special about this hubub: the call had come to hold a gathering asap, July 9-11 to be exact; a Star Knowledge Conference and Star Family Reunion in the Four Corners area. Elders and wisdom keepers were coming from all over to share their messages, so that these messages can go out into the world and help people for the important times ahead. Every bone in my body wanted to be there, but my ‘schedule’ (haha) wouldn’t allow it. Staying would mean breaking my commitment to speak at the Brisbane Mind Body Spirit Festival, not to mention having to manifest the financial abundance to change airline tickets (and boy do the airlines know how to charge for that!) and spend another nearly one month in the U.S. I spoke to our friend, the one we were staying with and the one putting the conference together, Chief Golden Light Eagle, about how torn I felt. As is his way he said exactly what I knew he’d say “Follow your heart. You know what to do.”
So one night there turned into two, and we planned to leave on Tuesday morning. I was in some emotional and mental turmoil, knowing I wanted to go to that conference but at the same time I’d looked forward to speaking at a Mind Body Spirit festival for so long and felt awkward about cancelling my very first one! Not to mention the extra finances needed to change plans. I knew I was very emotionally attached to both options, so I decided surrendering it to the higher realms was the only way to get clarity. Christian and I prayed about it in the sweat lodge that Monday night asking that we be shown by the next day which path was for our highest good, and for the highest good of our highest intentions.
The next morning I was saying to people ‘we’re leaving this morning’ knowing that didn’t feel right or true at all, and they felt the same! As it turned out, Christian got a sudden migraine so I suggested he sleep it off. He said ‘okay just for half an hour, we have to go’. Half an hour came and went, as did another. His migraine wasn’t getting better, so he slept a little more. By this time it was 2pm and I thought we aren’t going anywhere today!
I was sitting at the dining table when Golden Eagle came in and said ‘Good news for you and Christian! We’ve just received a donation of $1111.11. You can change your airline tickets!” I said ‘Oh no, we can’t use any of that. You need that.” Immediately someone came up to me and said “You have to know, he does this, he gives everything away.” The thought of changing our airlines tickets with some of that donation money was mind-boggling to me, how could we accept that? I went and told Christian who said ‘Well we prayed that we be shown the right way to go, and we let go how that would happen. You can’t say ‘well I want abundance to come in one of these few ways, but we can’t accept this other way that’s come.” I was reminded of that story of the man who was caught in a flood, and boats and helicopters came to save him, meanwhile he refused saying ‘no no God will save me.’ Was this our helicopter? Apparently so.
So we went to Eagle, and accepted this wonderful gift and sign to stay. The moment we let go, and let it in, everything immediately started to flow. Leilei, the lady who organised where the donations went, called up our airline, changed our flights and hey presto, we are now flying home after the conference. Usually you have to go to the airport her to change these things and it can be quite an ordeal, and even Leilei was amazed how easily and quickly it all happened – and she reported it was actually cheaper than the change fee I was originally quoted. My dad and stepmum emailed to say they’d like to book our conference accommodation for us. We still had to get to LA for my Bodhi Tree talk next week, now we’d be driving all the way there, and Leilei offered a room at her place as a stopover as she happens to live on the way. So many miracles and so much magic, and more since, happening to help us stay – and it’s important to note that things really started flying when a) we surrendered to the highest good and b) accepted the answer when it came in the form that it came. As always, we are living on a wing and a prayer and total faith in the divine flow and our connection to Source Energy, because it is our wings, and those of the ones helping us from the higher and star realms, along with our prayers, that make everything and anything possible. One thing I know for sure: the helpers in the higher realms never move heaven and earth to make something possible, and then leave you hanging or stranded, so I just know everything will continue to unfold perfectly. Another lesson in, and opportunity to embody further, getting out of our own way!
I did have to cancel my commitment to the Brisbane Mind Body Spirit Festival, but in doing that I opened to a higher commitment: to be where I can do the most good for the most amount of people, and I know that by being at this special Star Knowledge Conference I will receive so much that I can then share with everyone in all my future talks and work – including future MBS Festivals. It is very exciting! To add to the excitement Golden Eagle has added me to the list of speakers and workshop presenters, which simultaneously feels so surreal yet so meant to be. I feel honoured to be able to do this, and I am looking forward to whatever I’m going to talk about, knowing it is already arranged on a higher level.
Time to open, open, open...to more, and trust, trust, trust!

Along my travels here I was led to this wise woman. This is one of the most beautiful talks I have ever heard about the coming times. For those who have worried about the ‘Pole Shift’ Little Grandmother (and she doesn’t look like what I bet you’re imagining) shares a wonderful vision of a ball bobbing in the water. The bottom half has been submerged – our heart consciousness – while the top half has been on the surface – our mind consciousness. As we move into the new energies this ball is wobbling with more and more of the heart consciousness half coming up. When we hit critical mass, woop, the ball flips and the heart consciousness will be the new dominant energy on this earth while the mind consciousness submerges. June 2010: Earthships and Starships
This month it’s all about Authentic Power vs Artificial Power, although I decided to use a way more catchy title. Aside from fitting in with this month’s theme, it also pretty well describes my last month based in Taos, New Mexico which I’ll talk about in a minute.
The current energies are totally pulling the rug out from everything based on artificial power, as we rapidly continue the mass connection to our individual and collective authentic power. This includes everything from our inner energy systems (eg our sense of worth and confidence, and where we get that from - is it coming from our authentic core within and higher source energy? Or from our job or financial status or a relationship or the perceived lack of these things?) to our outer energy systems (our dependence on oil for example rather than utilising the natural sources of fuel available to us like solar and hydro energy).
We have become dependent on artificial sources of power for far too long, so long in fact that we didn’t even realise it was a dependence, or perhaps accepted that this dependence was something we had to live with in order to survive in this world. We became dependant on the opinions of others for our sense of what’s right and what’s wrong, what’s possible and what’s not, we became dependant on external factors for our sense of self-worth and self-value, we became dependant on governments and corporations for our food, water, heating and shelter. The plugs to these artificial sources are being pulled now left, right and centre, and for good reason: it is time to plug into our authentic sources of power: who we really are; our higher source of energy from which we all came and from which we truly receive and are able to create anything; our natural sources of energy that come from living on this wonderful planet: our sun, our wind, our waters, our earth.
Collectively, the majority of humanity have accepted without question the rules imposed on us, and the ways of living immersing and surrounding us, even if it hasn’t served us spiritually, economically or environmentally. We have listened when people have said ‘you can’t’ or gone about our daily lives in either apathy or despair when no alternatives to the norm have been offered; not by the media nor our education systems and certainly not our governments. Yet the norm is not working, and it doesn’t look like these authoritative bodies are going to change enmasse anytime soon. This is because we are here, at this time in our evolutionary history, to own our own authority. The mass change is happening, it is happening to every one of us individually, and it is we the people who will trigger a quantum leap of mass change when it comes to our systems of media, government, education, health, sustainable housing etc. As the Hopi prophecies say “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
To wait for these huge bodies to change, so that we can change, is putting our lives in the hands of drivers who are clearly blindfolded. Either that, or they don’t really care if we crash. I liken it to having access to 100 channels on your satellite tv, but meanwhile going to someone with only 5 channels for all of your advice, opinions, permits, stamps, approvals and validation regarding what you should and shouldn’t be watching on television. This is how we have been living. It is disempowering on every level. We have been putting our power in the hands of those who do not have our best interests at heart – not because they have anything other than good intentions, but simply because they do not have the scope of consciousness and awareness required to do so. We have to take our power, our autonomy, our lives back into our own hands if we are going to move forward and more than survive, thrive in our New Earth.
In a way we have been like children, dependant on our parents for everything from our basic needs to approval, but just like children one day outgrow their parents (who knows a 5 year old that can operate the latest technology better than you can?) so too we are outgrowing our old systems and structures. Where once upon a time they served us, and helped us get where we are today, now they are no longer serving us and further, they are holding us back from our next stage of evolution. It is time for us to wake up and in waking up we have to grow up.
We are here at this unique time of evolutionary transformation to remember who we are, and to create the world of our dreams. This is not an ideal fantasy, it is our destined reality, and it is time to wake up from the illusion that we have been sold as reality. There is a new world being created right now, we just have to plug into it – and unplug from the old one.
Ever since I was little I had very specific visions of a world that looked very different to the one I saw around me. As I grew older I came to realise that I was seeing visions of our New Earth; the world that we are going to create together this lifetime, the world that we are already creating right now. Those visions included homes and buildings that were built as extensions of their environment, that felt like living, breathing creations that were totally in harmony with nature, and perfectly looked after us.
Last year, during our mammoth 16 month journey up and down North & South America, Christian and I were driving south toward Taos when we passed tens of acres of strange looking houses that looked like they were growing out of the Earth. My sister Krisi was spending some time with us at the time, and we all asked at once “What was that?” Christian slammed on the brakes and turned around, driving up to the main strange looking building. It was called the Earthship Visitors Centre. As we looked at the homes and buildings around us, we realised that the walls were made of tyres, aluminium cans and colourful bottles. Huge glass exteriors showed that there were rainforest like plants and trees and flowers growing on the inside of these buildings. This is in the middle of the dry Northern New Mexico desert. We stood open-mouthed at the totally wondrous sights around us thinking ‘Where are we? What is this?’.
We walked inside the Visitors Centre and found informative posters and a short video describing Earthships: 100% off the grid, self-sustainable homes made from recycled materials namely tyres, cans and bottles. They cost around the same as a conventional home to build, but once built your utility bills are zero, with a zero carbon footprint. Earthships are the invention of visionary architect Michael Reynolds, who some of you may know from the documentary Garbage Warrior. It is available on DVD if you get a chance to rent or buy a copy. Actually visionary isn’t the right word because that implies he just has some good ideas. Michael is a hands on force of nature who applies his visionary brilliance (although he humbly calls it just plain logic that makes sense) into practical experiments that he has been evolving with trial and error for forty years. He loves the process of trying and failing because each time he learns how to make things better: a big lesson for those of us who delay action for fear of not succeeding or being perfect immediately. These experiments have evolved into beautiful, unique homes that are rapidly gaining in popularity because they are so perfectly meeting our environmental and economic challenges. They are an idea whose time has definitely come.
During that fated visit, we found out that Earthships offered internships to about 12 people a month, offering the opportunity to work on site, participating in the building of these amazing homes. Christian applied immediately, and a little over 6 months after coming home to Sydney we found ourselves back on a plane to the US – he had been accepted for the May group.
We booked a cute little apartment in Taos where I based myself working from home while he went off to the Earthship site 20 minutes up the road every day, pounding tyres, making can walls and learning the ins and outs of Earthship building. I have to admit that at first I was thinking this would simply be a great way for Christian to learn more about off the grid living, which he has been very passionate about for a long time, and pick up some building tips along the way. I mean really, did I want to end up living in a home made of tyres and cans?
Every day he came home with photos of the building process, information about why Michael has designed the Earthships in the way he has, and it didn’t take long for me to start falling in love with these homes. I interviewed Michael for an article and got to do the final 2 day weekend intensive which involved some hands on experience and a tour of 8 different Earthships as well as hearing Michael speak a few hours each day. Needless to say by the end of the month I was sold. Our next vision board step is to build our own home, and that home will be an Earthship. The name Earthship is not meant to be associated with spaceships, which is what a lot of people think, rather it is associated with a regular ship, one which is a self-functioning self-contained body that has all it needs to work out in the middle of the ocean.
Earthships are totally about tapping into our authentic power, which we have abundant access to vs relying on artificial power, which is limited and keeps us dependant. In Australia we live in fear of running out of water. For many in developing countries this fear is a reality, with people dying of dehydration or having to rely on drinking water being trucked in to poverty stricken and remote communities. Meanwhile we have perfectly good rainwater running down our drains and wonderful clean water residing in our Earth. The problem is for some crazy reason we don’t catch most of this water, or know how to access it in a way that it can provide for us. Every Earthship not only catches rainwater, but every drop of water is used four times. Clean drinking water, and water for showers, once used goes to water the internal plants (vegetables and fruit trees that help feed your family), is then used to flush the toilets, and finally goes outside as ‘black water’ with the last of it being used to water the outdoor landscaping plants. I found out that 40% of water used in an average house is a result of toilet flushing, whereas in an Earthship the toilet flushing water has already been used two times, so you aren’t using (or wasting) any new or old water! With conventional houses our sewerage is trucked out, or flows out, to our precious oceans and waterways, whilst Earthships are completely self-contained.
What’s the point of the tyres? Well 250 million tyres get thrown away every year in the U.S, creating piles of useless potentially hazardous waste. Tyres are a perfect casing for rammed earth, and with hundreds of them creating the exterior walls of your home they provide a natural cooling/heating system keeping your home at a lovely temperature year round: cool in summer and warm in winter. Another thing I discovered is that 1/3 of the world’s energy usage is a result of household and building heating and cooling systems. The aluminium cans reduce the quantity of concrete needed for interior walls, while the glass bottles reduce the need for glass panes for windows, and look stunning.
A really interesting thing I learned is that a typical centralised power plant takes maybe 50 years to pay off, so a council is not going to update that power plant too regularly. This is a perfect example of how our old ways of being are not serving us, and not keeping up with our available technology and environmental needs. As Michael put it, our environment is evolving faster than our old systems. To catch up to the evolving energies around us, we have to let go of the old systems otherwise go down with them, because they are just not compatible with where we are headed.
Okay so this is starting to sound like an ad for Earthships, and I’m not suggesting this is the only alternative out there. The point I’m trying to make is that workable wonderful alternatives are out there that make sense on every level, while our current way of living really doesn’t in comparison. The ideal of a New Earth, living in ways that are in harmony with nature, where everyone receives all that they need – particularly food, water and shelter - is not some airy wishful thinking. We have been living on a planet that provides us with fresh water, solar energy and the means to grow our own food. Meanwhile we have completely disconnected ourselves from these authentic and abundant sources of energy, choosing instead to rely on governments and corporations to provide artificial versions of these things for which we pay a large price economically and environmentally.
Artificial power is on its last legs, be it within our energy field or in our homes or in the outer world. The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has been a big wake up call to Americans especially, who are having to face an enormous ecological – and economic – disaster because of our global addiction to oil. We have to ask ourselves why we blindly accept this addiction, with all it’s obvious harmful consequences, when we have natural and abundant sources of clean, renewable energy? Why? The greed of the people who profit from this and other similar pursuits. If there is one positive thing that has come out of this catastrophe it is that the illegal goings on between the oil companies and the regulatory bodies is coming to light, and once something is revealed it can no longer continue without mass public outrage.
Apocalypse comes from a Greek and Latin word meaning “That which is hidden becomes revealed” How exciting! We are really going to see some s*&# hit the fan over the next couple of years as more and more truth becomes revealed. It will be astounding and shocking once humanity realises how much truth has been hidden including free energy technology that would allow everyone to have all they need without having to work at a job they hate just to survive day to day.
We’re also going to finally uncover more of the truth about our star origins, and about the star people who have been visiting this planet for thousands of years – and continue to do so right now. Some of them are highly evolved and benevolent, others not so much. Along with those visions I had when I was little of environmentally friendly houses, I also used to look up at the stars and feel I was from there, feeling I had been dropped off here on Earth by a starship which had left me behind. Needless to say it took me a long time to get with the program that I had actually chosen to be here on Earth! I just spent a day in Crestone, Colorado which along with much of New Mexico, is a place from which weekly reports of starship sightings emerge. Energetically, Crestone felt like some kind of inter-dimensional superhighway with the feeling that it was a grand central station entry/exit portal for starships. I haven’t talked much about this topic in my work, but I am being called to do so from now on. So as crazy as it may sound, onward we go!
We are living in exciting times. Hold on to your hat, and grab hold of your authentic power. It is use it or lose it time.

This includes everything from our inner energy systems (eg our sense of worth and confidence, and where we get that from - is it coming from our authentic core within and higher source energy? Or from our job or financial status or a relationship or the perceived lack of these things?) to our outer energy systems (our dependence on oil for example rather than utilising the natural sources of fuel available to us like solar and hydro energy).
We have become dependent on artificial sources of power for far too long, so long in fact that we didn’t even realise it was a dependence, or perhaps accepted that this dependence was something we had to live with in order to survive in this world. We became dependant on the opinions of others for our sense of what’s right and what’s wrong, what’s possible and what’s not, we became dependant on external factors for our sense of self-worth and self-value, we became dependant on governments and corporations for our food, water, heating and shelter. The plugs to these artificial sources are being pulled now left, right and centre, and for good reason: it is time to plug into our authentic sources of power: who we really are; our higher source of energy from which we all came and from which we truly receive and are able to create anything; our natural sources of energy that come from living on this wonderful planet: our sun, our wind, our waters, our earth.
Collectively, the majority of humanity have accepted without question the rules imposed on us, and the ways of living immersing and surrounding us, even if it hasn’t served us spiritually, economically or environmentally. We have listened when people have said ‘you can’t’ or gone about our daily lives in either apathy or despair when no alternatives to the norm have been offered; not by the media nor our education systems and certainly not our governments. Yet the norm is not working, and it doesn’t look like these authoritative bodies are going to change enmasse anytime soon. This is because we are here, at this time in our evolutionary history, to own our own authority. The mass change is happening, it is happening to every one of us individually, and it is we the people who will trigger a quantum leap of mass change when it comes to our systems of media, government, education, health, sustainable housing etc. As the Hopi prophecies say “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
To wait for these huge bodies to change, so that we can change, is putting our lives in the hands of drivers who are clearly blindfolded. Either that, or they don’t really care if we crash. I liken it to having access to 100 channels on your satellite tv, but meanwhile going to someone with only 5 channels for all of your advice, opinions, permits, stamps, approvals and validation regarding what you should and shouldn’t be watching on television. This is how we have been living. It is disempowering on every level. We have been putting our power in the hands of those who do not have our best interests at heart – not because they have anything other than good intentions, but simply because they do not have the scope of consciousness and awareness required to do so. We have to take our power, our autonomy, our lives back into our own hands if we are going to move forward and more than survive, thrive in our New Earth.
In a way we have been like children, dependant on our parents for everything from our basic needs to approval, but just like children one day outgrow their parents (who knows a 5 year old that can operate the latest technology better than you can?) so too we are outgrowing our old systems and structures. Where once upon a time they served us, and helped us get where we are today, now they are no longer serving us and further, they are holding us back from our next stage of evolution. It is time for us to wake up and in waking up we have to grow up.
We are here at this unique time of evolutionary transformation to remember who we are, and to create the world of our dreams. This is not an ideal fantasy, it is our destined reality, and it is time to wake up from the illusion that we have been sold as reality. There is a new world being created right now, we just have to plug into it – and unplug from the old one.
Ever since I was little I had very specific visions of a world that looked very different to the one I saw around me. As I grew older I came to realise that I was seeing visions of our New Earth; the world that we are going to create together this lifetime, the world that we are already creating right now. Those visions included homes and buildings that were built as extensions of their environment, that felt like living, breathing creations that were totally in harmony with nature, and perfectly looked after us.
Last year, during our mammoth 16 month journey up and down North & South America, Christian and I were driving south toward Taos when we passed tens of acres of strange looking houses that looked like they were growing out of the Earth. My sister Krisi was spending some time with us at the time, and we all asked at once “What was that?” Christian slammed on the brakes and turned around, driving up to the main strange looking building. It was called the Earthship Visitors Centre. As we looked at the homes and buildings around us, we realised that the walls were made of tyres, aluminium cans and colourful bottles. Huge glass exteriors showed that there were rainforest like plants and trees and flowers growing on the inside of these buildings. This is in the middle of the dry Northern New Mexico desert. We stood open-mouthed at the totally wondrous sights around us thinking ‘Where are we? What is this?’.
We walked inside the Visitors Centre and found informative posters and a short video describing Earthships: 100% off the grid, self-sustainable homes made from recycled materials namely tyres, cans and bottles. They cost around the same as a conventional home to build, but once built your utility bills are zero, with a zero carbon footprint. Earthships are the invention of visionary architect Michael Reynolds, who some of you may know from the documentary Garbage Warrior. It is available on DVD if you get a chance to rent or buy a copy. Actually visionary isn’t the right word because that implies he just has some good ideas. Michael is a hands on force of nature who applies his visionary brilliance (although he humbly calls it just plain logic that makes sense) into practical experiments that he has been evolving with trial and error for forty years. He loves the process of trying and failing because each time he learns how to make things better: a big lesson for those of us who delay action for fear of not succeeding or being perfect immediately. These experiments have evolved into beautiful, unique homes that are rapidly gaining in popularity because they are so perfectly meeting our environmental and economic challenges. They are an idea whose time has definitely come.
During that fated visit, we found out that Earthships offered internships to about 12 people a month, offering the opportunity to work on site, participating in the building of these amazing homes. Christian applied immediately, and a little over 6 months after coming home to Sydney we found ourselves back on a plane to the US – he had been accepted for the May group.
We booked a cute little apartment in Taos where I based myself working from home while he went off to the Earthship site 20 minutes up the road every day, pounding tyres, making can walls and learning the ins and outs of Earthship building. I have to admit that at first I was thinking this would simply be a great way for Christian to learn more about off the grid living, which he has been very passionate about for a long time, and pick up some building tips along the way. I mean really, did I want to end up living in a home made of tyres and cans?
Every day he came home with photos of the building process, information about why Michael has designed the Earthships in the way he has, and it didn’t take long for me to start falling in love with these homes. I interviewed Michael for an article and got to do the final 2 day weekend intensive which involved some hands on experience and a tour of 8 different Earthships as well as hearing Michael speak a few hours each day. Needless to say by the end of the month I was sold. Our next vision board step is to build our own home, and that home will be an Earthship. The name Earthship is not meant to be associated with spaceships, which is what a lot of people think, rather it is associated with a regular ship, one which is a self-functioning self-contained body that has all it needs to work out in the middle of the ocean.
Earthships are totally about tapping into our authentic power, which we have abundant access to vs relying on artificial power, which is limited and keeps us dependant. In Australia we live in fear of running out of water. For many in developing countries this fear is a reality, with people dying of dehydration or having to rely on drinking water being trucked in to poverty stricken and remote communities. Meanwhile we have perfectly good rainwater running down our drains and wonderful clean water residing in our Earth. The problem is for some crazy reason we don’t catch most of this water, or know how to access it in a way that it can provide for us. Every Earthship not only catches rainwater, but every drop of water is used four times. Clean drinking water, and water for showers, once used goes to water the internal plants (vegetables and fruit trees that help feed your family), is then used to flush the toilets, and finally goes outside as ‘black water’ with the last of it being used to water the outdoor landscaping plants. I found out that 40% of water used in an average house is a result of toilet flushing, whereas in an Earthship the toilet flushing water has already been used two times, so you aren’t using (or wasting) any new or old water! With conventional houses our sewerage is trucked out, or flows out, to our precious oceans and waterways, whilst Earthships are completely self-contained.
What’s the point of the tyres? Well 250 million tyres get thrown away every year in the U.S, creating piles of useless potentially hazardous waste. Tyres are a perfect casing for rammed earth, and with hundreds of them creating the exterior walls of your home they provide a natural cooling/heating system keeping your home at a lovely temperature year round: cool in summer and warm in winter. Another thing I discovered is that 1/3 of the world’s energy usage is a result of household and building heating and cooling systems. The aluminium cans reduce the quantity of concrete needed for interior walls, while the glass bottles reduce the need for glass panes for windows, and look stunning.
A really interesting thing I learned is that a typical centralised power plant takes maybe 50 years to pay off, so a council is not going to update that power plant too regularly. This is a perfect example of how our old ways of being are not serving us, and not keeping up with our available technology and environmental needs. As Michael put it, our environment is evolving faster than our old systems. To catch up to the evolving energies around us, we have to let go of the old systems otherwise go down with them, because they are just not compatible with where we are headed.
Okay so this is starting to sound like an ad for Earthships, and I’m not suggesting this is the only alternative out there. The point I’m trying to make is that workable wonderful alternatives are out there that make sense on every level, while our current way of living really doesn’t in comparison. The ideal of a New Earth, living in ways that are in harmony with nature, where everyone receives all that they need – particularly food, water and shelter - is not some airy wishful thinking. We have been living on a planet that provides us with fresh water, solar energy and the means to grow our own food. Meanwhile we have completely disconnected ourselves from these authentic and abundant sources of energy, choosing instead to rely on governments and corporations to provide artificial versions of these things for which we pay a large price economically and environmentally.
Artificial power is on its last legs, be it within our energy field or in our homes or in the outer world. The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has been a big wake up call to Americans especially, who are having to face an enormous ecological – and economic – disaster because of our global addiction to oil. We have to ask ourselves why we blindly accept this addiction, with all it’s obvious harmful consequences, when we have natural and abundant sources of clean, renewable energy? Why? The greed of the people who profit from this and other similar pursuits. If there is one positive thing that has come out of this catastrophe it is that the illegal goings on between the oil companies and the regulatory bodies is coming to light, and once something is revealed it can no longer continue without mass public outrage.
Apocalypse comes from a Greek and Latin word meaning “That which is hidden becomes revealed” How exciting! We are really going to see some s*&# hit the fan over the next couple of years as more and more truth becomes revealed. It will be astounding and shocking once humanity realises how much truth has been hidden including free energy technology that would allow everyone to have all they need without having to work at a job they hate just to survive day to day.
We’re also going to finally uncover more of the truth about our star origins, and about the star people who have been visiting this planet for thousands of years – and continue to do so right now. Some of them are highly evolved and benevolent, others not so much. Along with those visions I had when I was little of environmentally friendly houses, I also used to look up at the stars and feel I was from there, feeling I had been dropped off here on Earth by a starship which had left me behind. Needless to say it took me a long time to get with the program that I had actually chosen to be here on Earth! I just spent a day in Crestone, Colorado which along with much of New Mexico, is a place from which weekly reports of starship sightings emerge. Energetically, Crestone felt like some kind of inter-dimensional superhighway with the feeling that it was a grand central station entry/exit portal for starships. I haven’t talked much about this topic in my work, but I am being called to do so from now on. So as crazy as it may sound, onward we go!
We are living in exciting times. Hold on to your hat, and grab hold of your authentic power. It is use it or lose it time.

May 2010 Monthly Visions: Feminine Power Roaring to Life!

I’d like to add to the above quote “no rage nor fury like a feminine energy denied!” Whether you are a woman suppressing your power, or either gender suppressing your feminine energy, you will now know about it. The Divine Goddess energy within us, and around us, is awakening and lord help us if we try to keep her asleep!
We all have both masculine and feminine energy within us. In an ideal world we would be comfortable with both these energies, and express them in positive and healthy ways. Our inner and outer worlds would be a wonderful manifestation of balanced masculine and feminine energy working in harmony together: imagine the majority of people being able to make an abundant living from their natural creativity, prosperous businesses thriving that respect the Earth’s resources, imagine an international governance that ensures all people are housed, fed, clothed and educated. I believe this is what a balanced masculine feminine energy looks like on a collective level. Our history is however a completely different story, one that is now correcting itself ready or not. We cannot have an outer world like that, until we have found that balance within. It would be just as disempowering to have power handed to us, as it has been to have it taken from us. We have to awaken it ourselves from within, and as more of us do this the results in the outside world are in the throes of literally being world-changing.
The current energies are swooping down on us thick and fast helping us get that balance, awakening all that has been asleep. For most of us, and thus humanity, that means awakening, and being comfortable with, our suppressed feminine energy.
Once upon a time, the feminine Goddess energy was honoured as a primary force of Creation. The feminine aspect of the Creator was celebrated. Reverence was shown to the Earth, which was perceived as the Great Mother or Mother Goddess. Pagan festivals like Beltane on April 30 and May Day on May 1 were enjoyed, to show gratitude and appreciation for the coming Summer, asking Mother Earth to bless the people with fertile lands and an abundant harvest. People were connected to the Seasons and recognised that they were living on a living being, that needed to be respected and taken care of. Natural healing and spiritual knowledge was widely used and accepted as part of daily life. While I don’t want to paint a portrait of utopian societies that didn’t in reality exist (certainly most levels of society didn’t have access to all knowledge whether we are talking Old England and Europe, Ancient Greeks and Egyptians, Sumerians, Mayans, Incans or Atlanteans), looking back at relatively recent and more ancient cultures, one might assume we were well on our way several times to a grand awakening and personal empowerment for all.
Yet like a merry go round, we have gone round and round in circles. Great societies have grown and collapsed over and over again, whether self-inflicted or by external force. The common factor has been Power: Having Power over Others vs Allowing Others to be Empowered. To have power over others, you have to suppress their personal and collective power. There are lots of ways to do this: make them forget it exists, instill fear about accessing it, make it wrong, hard or impossible for them to access it and distract them with mundane things. Soon you have a society of distracted, disconnected humans who are too busy working to put food on the table to ask questions or think it strange that after thousands of years of human civilisation and development (and I use that word loosely) we are still living in the dark ages when it comes to health and healing, environmental awareness, diplomatic governance, education, honouring our spirit, knowledge of our true galactic history, heritage and energetic reality, sustainable housing, joyful work and basic human rights for all.
Our human history includes pivotal turning points, when instead of continuing upward into greater consciousness and empowerment, we experienced sharp right turns taking us another way. Events like the suppression of the Old Religion by the Church, and the burning of ‘witches’ (healers and practitioners of magic) at the stake cracked down on any notions of conscious evolution. Imagine if people knew that they had a direct connection to God/Source Energy? Imagine if people were aware of all the spiritual and natural laws, and knew how to use them? We can’t have a bunch of empowered, free humans running around can we? Well, looking around at the world and seeing what’s become of the majority of us, one has to assume not. Our cellular memory keeps us imprisoned even while the physical threat of death or punishment for expressing our innate powers has long gone (from most countries, not all). We keep ourselves suppressed because our cellular memory fears that if we stick our head too far above the herd it will get shot down and cut off. Our bank account fears that if we do or say what we really want, we won’t get paid or hired. Our heart fears that if we be true to who we really are, we won’t be loved and accepted, or that others won’t be able to handle it. We have literally suffocated our souls with suppression, and our souls have had enough.
Our suppression is not natural. It has been orchestrated on purpose because it suits those who love to control and have power over others (the opposite of this repressed feminine energy is a masculine energy on steroids, which is not balanced masculine energy). It is not true that we don’t have enough money to fix our global problems. It is just that we make more money with a problem filled world, (hello pharmaceutical companies, hello weapons and arms manufacturers) than we do were the world a peaceful, enlightened one. A peaceful, enlightened humanity? Empowered and free? That’s the power-mongers worst nightmare and they have done their very best to make sure it doesn’t happen. The years leading up to 2012 are scaring the pants off them, and not for the reasons you might think. Earth changes and Economic Collapse they can deal with. An awakened, empowered humanity being shaken back to life by the Mother Earth/Divine Feminine/Galactic Energies/whatever you want to call it? Now that’s something that has them scrambling and you can be sure that they are more aware of the coming energies than most people on the planet.
With events like the suppression of the Old Religion, came the suppression of the Divine Feminine. All the qualities governed by the Goddess energy gradually became to be seen as weak or something to be ridiculed or not worth much or something to feel shameful about: respect for the Earth, feeling our feelings, creativity (still not seen as a ‘real job), intuition, compassion for our fellow humans, nurturing ourselves, self-love, treating ourselves well, natural healing wisdom, true joy and of course the overall suppression of girls and women were all affected. With the suppression of the Feminine, the Masculine got out of whack too, and so we have a humanity being over-powered and under-nourished, with a huge well of frustration and rage simmering beneath the surface.
We are at breaking point right now. The closer Earth gets to her conjunction with the Galactic Centre, which is blasting us with its high frequency light as we speak, the more this Divine Feminine energy is awakening. It’s awakening in you, it’s awakening in society, it’s awakening throughout the very Earth herself. If something in you is at breaking point, if something in you feels like raging against the machine, is feeling like screaming, is roaring like a pot of boiling water that is about to burst through the lid, is shouting that you have had enough of your frustration/anger/numbness/depression/repression/not getting your needs met, then this is your inner feminine waking up. Listen to her.

• What do you deny yourself? What do you not let yourself have? What do you feel guilty for buying/doing/having/wanting?
• What have you been taught you better keep down?
• What inside you have you feared you can’t handle should it awaken?
• What are you scared to own?
• What have you kept quiet or repressed for fear of the consequences?
Let it out! Paint it out, dance it out, write it out, talk it out, scream and shout it out, punch a pillow it out, bake it out, garden it out, love it out, cry it out, walk it out, action it out (do something about it!!) sing it out, create it out! Awaken and re-birth all the parts of you that have been asleep, it is time!
As Earth goes through her awakening related contractions, preparing for the birth of her new self - A New Earth - earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are rapidly becoming the news du jour. It’s not a punishment for how we have treated her (although sending her some gratitude and treating her better would be much appreciated I’m sure), nor is it I’m increasingly inclined to feel a result of ‘global warming’. While the human effect on the Earth has got a lot to answer for, this Shift has been foreseen for a long time and it was always going to happen. Our level of consciousness will determine the way in which the Shift is perceived, and how comfortable we are with the changes ahead.
I’m always amazed at companies who refuse to alter their Earth-destroying business practices, and the politicians that support this behaviour, because of the effect change would have on their bottom line. They don’t seem to have realised that their billion dollar profits won’t be very helpful if they destroy the planet in the process - or maybe they think that just like in the ridiculous movie 2012 they can buy a ticket on a ship out of here should the proverbial hit the fan? I watched a documentary about Native American humanitarian activist John Trudell, and he said something very interesting that I’ll paraphrase here: ‘The Earth is just like any living being. To save herself she will shake off anything she perceives as a virus, and humanity have become like a virus to her.’ This completely resonates with all the messages I have ever received from my guides: We can’t keep going the way we have been. We either choose to change our ways or choose to check out. Earth is moving onward and upward, and it’s our choice whether we go with her.
Regardless of the degree to which Global Warming is human-influenced, the Shift is not an excuse to keep using the Earth as a trash can. It is an opportunity to start treating her once again as the Divine Mother Goddess she is. She ensures life on Earth is sustainable, and we literally can’t live here without her. I was amazed to discover recently that volcanoes are responsible for our atmosphere and gravity! How lucky are we that we can be on this planet without falling off, that we have waters that are perfect for swimming in and drinking, clean air to breathe and temperatures that are just right for our habitation and food production. Yet it took an eruption shutting down half the world for us to even notice that volcanoes exist, and even then we are looking at it as an inconvenient disruption to our modern lives. (Interesting note: Every time the Eyjafjallajökull volcano erupts, her so called ‘angry sister’ Katla – named after an ancient witch called Katla - erupts soon after, and she is ten times more powerful!)
Appropriately, the Galactic Conjunction of 2012 coincides with an astrological phenomenon called The Transit of Venus: the planet most representing the Divine Feminine and Goddess energy. (For astro buffs: This will be the partner transit to the 2004 Transit, with the next two Transits of Venus occurring in 2117 and 2125). This Shift is a call to reawaken this energy within us, so that we may create the balanced Heaven on Earth we all truly seek. It is possible, and much of this Heaven is already here, but we have become too busy and distracted to notice. We have forgotten how to enjoy it and share it with each other. Please, let this Shift not be yet another ‘collapse and start all over again’ process. We can’t keep forgetting. Use the power of the awakening feminine within you to wake up and stay awake, no matter what is thrown at us this time.

I’d like to add to the above quote “no rage nor fury like a feminine energy denied!” Whether you are a woman suppressing your power, or either gender suppressing your feminine energy, you will now know about it. The Divine Goddess energy within us, and around us, is awakening and lord help us if we try to keep her asleep!
We all have both masculine and feminine energy within us. In an ideal world we would be comfortable with both these energies, and express them in positive and healthy ways. Our inner and outer worlds would be a wonderful manifestation of balanced masculine and feminine energy working in harmony together: imagine the majority of people being able to make an abundant living from their natural creativity, prosperous businesses thriving that respect the Earth’s resources, imagine an international governance that ensures all people are housed, fed, clothed and educated. I believe this is what a balanced masculine feminine energy looks like on a collective level. Our history is however a completely different story, one that is now correcting itself ready or not. We cannot have an outer world like that, until we have found that balance within. It would be just as disempowering to have power handed to us, as it has been to have it taken from us. We have to awaken it ourselves from within, and as more of us do this the results in the outside world are in the throes of literally being world-changing.
The current energies are swooping down on us thick and fast helping us get that balance, awakening all that has been asleep. For most of us, and thus humanity, that means awakening, and being comfortable with, our suppressed feminine energy.
Once upon a time, the feminine Goddess energy was honoured as a primary force of Creation. The feminine aspect of the Creator was celebrated. Reverence was shown to the Earth, which was perceived as the Great Mother or Mother Goddess. Pagan festivals like Beltane on April 30 and May Day on May 1 were enjoyed, to show gratitude and appreciation for the coming Summer, asking Mother Earth to bless the people with fertile lands and an abundant harvest. People were connected to the Seasons and recognised that they were living on a living being, that needed to be respected and taken care of. Natural healing and spiritual knowledge was widely used and accepted as part of daily life. While I don’t want to paint a portrait of utopian societies that didn’t in reality exist (certainly most levels of society didn’t have access to all knowledge whether we are talking Old England and Europe, Ancient Greeks and Egyptians, Sumerians, Mayans, Incans or Atlanteans), looking back at relatively recent and more ancient cultures, one might assume we were well on our way several times to a grand awakening and personal empowerment for all.
Yet like a merry go round, we have gone round and round in circles. Great societies have grown and collapsed over and over again, whether self-inflicted or by external force. The common factor has been Power: Having Power over Others vs Allowing Others to be Empowered. To have power over others, you have to suppress their personal and collective power. There are lots of ways to do this: make them forget it exists, instill fear about accessing it, make it wrong, hard or impossible for them to access it and distract them with mundane things. Soon you have a society of distracted, disconnected humans who are too busy working to put food on the table to ask questions or think it strange that after thousands of years of human civilisation and development (and I use that word loosely) we are still living in the dark ages when it comes to health and healing, environmental awareness, diplomatic governance, education, honouring our spirit, knowledge of our true galactic history, heritage and energetic reality, sustainable housing, joyful work and basic human rights for all.
Our human history includes pivotal turning points, when instead of continuing upward into greater consciousness and empowerment, we experienced sharp right turns taking us another way. Events like the suppression of the Old Religion by the Church, and the burning of ‘witches’ (healers and practitioners of magic) at the stake cracked down on any notions of conscious evolution. Imagine if people knew that they had a direct connection to God/Source Energy? Imagine if people were aware of all the spiritual and natural laws, and knew how to use them? We can’t have a bunch of empowered, free humans running around can we? Well, looking around at the world and seeing what’s become of the majority of us, one has to assume not. Our cellular memory keeps us imprisoned even while the physical threat of death or punishment for expressing our innate powers has long gone (from most countries, not all). We keep ourselves suppressed because our cellular memory fears that if we stick our head too far above the herd it will get shot down and cut off. Our bank account fears that if we do or say what we really want, we won’t get paid or hired. Our heart fears that if we be true to who we really are, we won’t be loved and accepted, or that others won’t be able to handle it. We have literally suffocated our souls with suppression, and our souls have had enough.
Our suppression is not natural. It has been orchestrated on purpose because it suits those who love to control and have power over others (the opposite of this repressed feminine energy is a masculine energy on steroids, which is not balanced masculine energy). It is not true that we don’t have enough money to fix our global problems. It is just that we make more money with a problem filled world, (hello pharmaceutical companies, hello weapons and arms manufacturers) than we do were the world a peaceful, enlightened one. A peaceful, enlightened humanity? Empowered and free? That’s the power-mongers worst nightmare and they have done their very best to make sure it doesn’t happen. The years leading up to 2012 are scaring the pants off them, and not for the reasons you might think. Earth changes and Economic Collapse they can deal with. An awakened, empowered humanity being shaken back to life by the Mother Earth/Divine Feminine/Galactic Energies/whatever you want to call it? Now that’s something that has them scrambling and you can be sure that they are more aware of the coming energies than most people on the planet.

April 2010 Monthly Visions: Truth, Birth & New Beliefs
What a week! The full moon in Libra on March 30 triggered all kinds of feelings of tension, friction, confusion and a general lack of clarity about anything. You may have had one of those doozy of a days, perhaps even felt an unpleasant energy around, but not really known why. As the Earth continues her surge forward into a higher vibration, anything that exists on a lower vibration is being pushed up to the surface and is thus, temporarily, felt and seen more intensely.
The higher energies consist of love, light and truth. While one might logically think that a planet, system or individual suddenly bombarded by these energies would miraculously start emanating happiness and harmony, this is not, at first, the case. Instead what we have are two polar realities rubbing up against each other. They are extreme opposites in nature. As the energies of love, light and truth increase it is like shining a giant stadium spotlight on the playing field of Earth – all that is unlike that energy, all that has been hidden, is revealed. We are all ultimately divine sparks of love and light, and so as this floodlight shines down on us it activates and awakens who we really are. The more we awaken, the more that anything that depended on us to stay asleep in order for it to maintain control, will flail around like an angry old dragon.
Whether it is our ego used to telling us ‘you’re not good enough’, a lifelong pattern of not wanting to own something within us, a relationship that has only worked because one or both partners have learned to shut down their true feelings and self, an industry that has built its entire success and profits around keeping consumers uninformed or a government that bases its power on keeping people disempowered, it is going to feel increasingly uncomfortable to continue indulging these old energies. These old energies were our ‘old order’ but in order to work they relied on us not being in our power, not remembering who we really were, and living in fear of following our truth. As we awaken, and start to desire and create a ‘new order’, chaos occurs but it’s not a bad chaos. Well it’s a bad chaos from the perspective of those previously in a position of control, without a doubt they get very angry and increase their reins of control once you start making moves to break free, but it’s a good chaos for those who have found a way to kick down the walls of their prison and shift up into freedom and liberation.
So if you are feeling any of this chaos around you, it’s a positive sign indicating that something is in the throes of breaking free, or wanting to break free. The more you react to it with resistance, defensiveness or fear, the more you get pulled down into that dense energy and the more difficult the experience. The more you consciously choose to keep your energy high, keeping your focus and attention on what it is you truly desire and deserve, asking for the best possible outcome, the more positive this powerful process of change can be.
At this point there is no reason to still be in any form of imprisonment or struggle. Any excuses you have been using to delay what your heart and soul are calling you to be or do are null and void. That includes “If I leave I’ll be alone/have no money”, and “I’m not ready because I don’t believe in myself/have low self worth/my parents didn’t love me”. You are free to throw those beliefs in the rubbish bin because they are not serving you anymore.
If you are continuing to believe something that doesn’t make you feel good, continuing to do something that doesn’t make you feel good, or continuing to be someone that doesn’t make you feel good, stop for a minute and ask yourself why? Now, look at the answer you just gave yourself and ask ‘Is this just an excuse I have taught myself to believe, or is it a valid reason?” I can guarantee you that it is an excuse. How do I know that? I don’t know you or your life circumstances or the childhood you went through, but I do know this: we did not come here to be victims. We did not come here to be slaves. We did not come here to be martyrs. We came here to one day wake up, remember who we are, and create the Heaven on Earth this planet is destined to become. We came here to live lives of joyful co-creation, creativity, love and honesty. It is time to do this now. Not in 5 years. Not when you retire. Not when you have more time or money. It is time now, now, now.
This year has many themes, owning our power is a major one. Breaking free of the chains that tie us is part of that. I have always seen who we really are, what our true potential is – and it doesn’t match the reality humanity has alternatively chosen, or worse had chosen for them. This has saddened me and angered me, but most of all it has served as my inspiration and catalyst to help awaken people because when we are awake we have choice. We have the choice to create our lives and our world, consciously. When we are not awake, this choice is taken from us. Our lives and world are then being created for us, and it is not often a life or world that we like. We have been taught to ignore our power and our truth, and even when we start awakening to it, we are discouraged from following it by others and by our own inner (false) beliefs. We have to teach ourselves to follow our truth and step into our power – and at first this can feel totally foreign and overwhelming, yet simultaneously liberating and fulfilling!
We have just moved through the powerful energies of Easter. Easter has its roots in a pagan festival celebrating the coming of Spring, honouring the goddess Ostara/Eostre, the Goddess of fertility, birth, the east and the dawn. Even further back this Goddess was known as Ishtar, goddess of fertility and passion, hence all the Easter symbolism around eggs (birth and fertility) and rabbits (fertility). So now is an exceptionally good time to connect with your authentic power and truth and in the true spirit of Easter birth them, or more accurately rebirth them.
Who are you really? What do you want? At New Year’s we tend to write down our goals and resolutions for the year, but what happens to them? Now is a great time to sit down with your journal and take stock. What is on your goals/wish list? Are you moving toward them steadily, or do you seem to be in a never-ending holding pattern asking for the same things over again but getting nowhere? What would your ultimate life look like? Pick three life areas that you seem to be having a hard time shifting. Ask yourself:
1) What is my current reality in this area?
2) What beliefs must I be holding in order to have this reality I have now?
3) How does this make me feel?
4) How do I want to feel?
5) What would I have to believe to feel this new way?
6) What do I want this life area to look like?
7) What would I have to believe to have this new, better version of reality?
Write down those new beliefs, and let them be your new affirmations. With your new beliefs, you can build a bridge to your new reality. I had a very insightful experience around this with a client recently. She was working on some issues around abundance, and fearing the loss of what she had. I got a vision of Donald Trump, and they showed how he gets from one clifftop to the next – he just steps out as if the bridge is already there. Where we might see a big wide chasm between two clifftops and ponder on how to get across, he just sees where he wants to go and goes there! Because it doesn’t occur to him that there is a gap, that he can’t get to where he wants to go, the bridge literally manifests itself one stone after another as he puts one foot in front of the other. He isn’t praying for the bridge to manifest, he isn’t thinking ‘oh my god, this stone manifested but what if the next one or ten don’t?’ he simply sees the mountain on the other side and decides he wants to go there, so he goes. In doing so it’s like he makes a proclamation to the Universe “Universe, I’m going over there. You better sort out the bridge because I’m starting to walk now!” Now, I have no idea if this is actually how Donald Trump lives his life, but I liked the vision and what it said. Mr Trump is definitely holding the archetype of a man who wants something and gets it/creates it/builds it/has it.
If you get to number 7 of the above exercise and read your new beliefs, and think ‘well I already believe that, and my reality still doesn’t look like what I want it to look like’ it means that you have a conflicting belief that is rubbing up against that belief and over-riding it. If that is the case, you need to strengthen the desire and passion for your preferred belief. If you are thinking “I do have a strong desire and passion for more money! How strong does it have to be?” Note, it isn’t your desire and passion for more money that you need to strengthen, it is the desire and passion around your preferred belief you have to strengthen. Look at your number 7 new beliefs again. Do you feel strong desire and passion when you read them? Do you believe them spiritually/intellectually as a theory or do you truly passionately believe with all your heart and soul? Passion activates your beliefs, turning them into practical tools for reality shifting. Try this with one life area this month and see what happens!

What a week! The full moon in Libra on March 30 triggered all kinds of feelings of tension, friction, confusion and a general lack of clarity about anything. You may have had one of those doozy of a days, perhaps even felt an unpleasant energy around, but not really known why. As the Earth continues her surge forward into a higher vibration, anything that exists on a lower vibration is being pushed up to the surface and is thus, temporarily, felt and seen more intensely.
The higher energies consist of love, light and truth. While one might logically think that a planet, system or individual suddenly bombarded by these energies would miraculously start emanating happiness and harmony, this is not, at first, the case. Instead what we have are two polar realities rubbing up against each other. They are extreme opposites in nature. As the energies of love, light and truth increase it is like shining a giant stadium spotlight on the playing field of Earth – all that is unlike that energy, all that has been hidden, is revealed. We are all ultimately divine sparks of love and light, and so as this floodlight shines down on us it activates and awakens who we really are. The more we awaken, the more that anything that depended on us to stay asleep in order for it to maintain control, will flail around like an angry old dragon.
Whether it is our ego used to telling us ‘you’re not good enough’, a lifelong pattern of not wanting to own something within us, a relationship that has only worked because one or both partners have learned to shut down their true feelings and self, an industry that has built its entire success and profits around keeping consumers uninformed or a government that bases its power on keeping people disempowered, it is going to feel increasingly uncomfortable to continue indulging these old energies. These old energies were our ‘old order’ but in order to work they relied on us not being in our power, not remembering who we really were, and living in fear of following our truth. Amazing Story of Healing and Near Death Experience
In all my years of working as an intuitive, I have learned one thing for sure: everything has an energetic cause and an energetic solution. Last week I received an email from my friend Fred Burks, sharing a story that confirms this about a woman who was instantly healed of terminal cancer during a near-death experience. It is beautiful, amazing and inspiring, and I wanted to share it. Blessings, Dana

The highly inspiring near-death experience below was written by a woman named Anita who went through a most extraordinary experience in her near-death sojourn. Anita's descriptions of what happened on the other side of the veil and the miracle healing which confounded her doctors show that life may be much more than most people think. Read on and drink in the rich wisdom and inspiration of this powerful near-death experience which has touched many thousands around the world.
Anita's Miraculous Near-Death Experience
I had cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma), and on this fateful morning, I could not move. My husband rushed me to hospital. After doing scans, they diagnosed me with grade 4B lymphoma (the highest grade). The senior oncologist looked at my report and told my husband that it was too late, that my organs were now shutting down. I only had 36 hours to live.
The oncologist said he would do whatever he could, but prepared my husband that I would most likely not make it, as my organs were no longer functioning. They started me on a chemotherapy drip as well as oxygen.Then they started to take tests to determine what drugs to use.
I was drifting in and out of consciousness during this time. I could feel my spirit actually leaving my body. I saw and heard the conversations between my husband and the doctors taking place outside my room, about 40 feet away down a hallway. I was later able to verify this conversation with my shocked husband.
Then I actually "crossed over" to another dimension. I was engulfed in a total feeling of love. I also experienced extreme clarity of why I had the cancer, why I had come into this life in the first place, what role everyone in my family played in my life in the grand scheme of things, and how life works in general.
The clarity and understanding I obtained in this state is almost indescribable. Words cannot describe the experience. I was at a place where I understood how much more there is than what we are able to conceive in our three-dimensional world. I realized what a gift life is, and that I was surrounded by loving spiritual beings, who were always around me even when I did not know it.
The amount of love I felt was overwhelming. From this perspective, I knew how powerful I am and saw the amazing possibilities we as humans are capable of achieving during a physical life. I found out that if I survived, my purpose now would be to live “heaven on earth” using this new understanding, and also to share this knowledge with other people. However I had the choice of whether to come back into life, or go towards death.
I was made to understand that it was not my time, but I always had the choice. And if I chose death, I would not be experiencing a lot of the gifts that the rest of my life still held in store.
One of the things I wanted to know was that if I chose life, would I have to come back to this sick body, because my body was very, very sick and the organs had stopped functioning. I was then made to understand that if I chose life, my body would heal very quickly. I would see a difference in not months or weeks, but days!
I was shown how illnesses start on an energetic level before they become physical. If I chose to go into life, the cancer would be gone from my energy, and my physical body would catch up very quickly. I then understood that when people have medical treatments for illnesses, it rids the illness only from their body but not from their energy, so the illness often returns.
I realized if I went back, I would return with a very healthy energy. My physical body would catch up to the energetic conditions very quickly and permanently. I was given the understanding that this applies to anything, not only illnesses, but physical conditions, psychological conditions, etc.
I was "shown" that everything going on in our lives is dependant on this energy around us, created by us. Nothing is solid. We create our surroundings, our conditions, etc. depending on where this "energy" is at. The clarity I received around how we get what we do was phenomenal! It’s all about where we are energetically. I was made to feel that I was going to see "proof" of this first hand if I returned back to my body.
I was drifting in and out between the two worlds. Every time I drifted into the "other side", I was shown more and more scenes. There was one which showed how my life had touched all the people I had come in contact with. It was sort of like a tapestry and showed how I affected everyone's lives around me. There was another which showed my brother on a plane, having heard the news I was dying, coming to see me (this was later verified to me, as when I started to come round, my brother was there having just got off a plane).
I then saw a glimpse of my brother and me and somehow seemed to understand it was a previous life, where I was much older than him and was like a mother to him (in this life, he is older than me). I saw in that life I was very protective towards him. I suddenly became aware he was on the plane to come and see me, and felt "I can't do this to him. I can't let him come and see me dead". Then I also saw how my husband's purpose was linked to mine, and how we had decided to come and experience this life together. If I went, he would probably follow soon after.
I was made to understand – as tests had been taken for my organ functions and the results were not out yet – that if I chose life, the results would show that my organs were functioning normally. If I chose death, the results would show organ failure as the cause of death, due to cancer. I was able to change the outcome of the tests by my choice!
I made my choice to live. As I started to wake up (in a very confused state, as I could not at that time tell which side of the veil I was on), the doctors came rushing into the room with big smiles on their faces saying to my family, “Good news! we got the results and her organs are functioning. We can’t believe it!! Her body really did seem like it had shut down!”
After that, I began to recover rapidly. The doctors waited for me to become stable enough to do a lymph node biopsy to track the type of cancer cells. Once completed, they could not find a single lymph node big enough to suggest cancer. Yet upon entering the hospital my body had been filled with swollen lymph nodes. They then did a bone marrow biopsy to assess the cancer activity so that they could adjust the chemotherapy according to the disease. Yet there wasn’t any cancer in the bone marrow.
The doctors were very confused, but told me it must have been a rapid response to the chemo. Because they themselves were unable to understand what was going on, they made me undergo test after test, all of which I passed with flying colors. Clearing every test empowered me even more! I had a full body scan, and because they couldn't believe they didn't find anything, they made the radiologist repeat it again!!!!
Because of my experience, I am now sharing with everyone I know that miracles are possible in our lives every day. After what I have seen, I realize that absolutely anything is possible, and that we did not come here to suffer. Life is supposed to be great, and we are very, very loved. The way I look at life has changed dramatically. I am so glad to have been given a second chance to experience “heaven on earth”.

We can’t believe it!! Her body really did seem like it had shut down!”
After that, I began to recover rapidly. The doctors waited for me to become stable enough to do a lymph node biopsy to track the type of cancer cells. Once completed, they could not find a single lymph node big enough to suggest cancer. Yet upon entering the hospital my body had been filled with swollen lymph nodes. They then did a bone marrow biopsy to assess the cancer activity so that they could adjust the chemotherapy according to the disease. Yet there wasn’t any cancer in the bone marrow.
The doctors were very confused, but told me it must have been a rapid response to the chemo. Because they themselves were unable to understand what was going on, they made me undergo test after test, all of which I passed with flying colors. Clearing every test empowered me even more! I had a full body scan, and because they couldn't believe they didn't find anything, they made the radiologist repeat it again!!!!
Because of my experience, I am now sharing with everyone I know that miracles are possible in our lives every day. After what I have seen, I realize that absolutely anything is possible, and that we did not come here to suffer. Life is supposed to be great, and we are very, very loved. The way I look at life has changed dramatically. I am so glad to have been given a second chance to experience “heaven on earth”.

I had a very vivid, insightful dream the other night. I was hovering above the Earth, watching as light started pulsing onto and all over our planet, coming out from the centre of the Galaxy. Mother Earth was adjusting herself this way and that, turning and twisting to absorb as much as possible, ensuring every part of her got the light. In the process things were getting a bit shaken up down here, but she had to get the light. Not just for herself, but for all of us. Like any mother, she was doing what was best for her children, even though from the children's perspective it doesn't seem like a good thing at all!

March Monthly Visions: Mother Earth in Labour
I had a very vivid, insightful dream the other night. I was hovering above the Earth, watching as light started pulsing onto and all over our planet, coming out from the centre of the Galaxy. Mother Earth was adjusting herself this way and that, turning and twisting to absorb as much as possible, ensuring every part of her got the light. In the process things were getting a bit shaken up down here, but she had to get the light. Not just for herself, but for all of us. Like any mother, she was doing what was best for her children, even though from the children’s perspective it doesn’t seem like a good thing at all!
The dream continued. People were getting angry at Earth. They felt she was punishing us or that we were somehow being punished along with her. They were yelling about the impact all this adjusting, turning and movement was having on the people. They felt like it was a battle between the people and the Earth (and the Earth changes). Mother Earth was hurting that no-one understood what was happening. She wanted everyone to know “I am doing this for you. I am doing this to help you. This light is here to help you. It is here to awaken you.” She knows that in adjusting and turning to get the maximum light there are going to be side effects. But to not receive this light as it flows to us is not possible, nor preferable. As intense and shaky as it is to have this amount of light flooding us – and having Earth move herself about to absorb it to the fullest potential – the alternative would be to press pause on cosmic movement and stay stuck where we are. There is no way around this shift, there is only a way through.
It takes Earth 26 000 years to go through this particular cycle we are now in. Consider it a 26 000 year pregnancy. Every 26 000 years our Sun aligns with the Equator of our Galaxy, and from a visual perspective it looks like we are aligning with the centre of the Galaxy. The Mayans called this point the ‘spiritual rebirth’ point, so it makes sense that the closer we get to this point the more intensely we feel what is essentially Mother Earth in labour. According to ancient cultures this point heralds a challenging time for humanity, yet also offers an unprecedented opportunity for a mass shift in consciousness and ultimately positive change. From emergency comes emergence. Our breakdowns will lead to breakthroughs.
Whether you are a scientist measuring the current and coming amount of electro-magnetic energy pouring down onto us, or a spiritually minded person calling it light, it’s really the same thing. The good news is it doesn’t mark the end of the world. The Mayans refer to their cycles as a ‘world’ eg we are now witnessing the end of the 5th world and the beginning of the 6th world. On Dec 21 2012, the 26 000 year Long Count Calendar resets to Zero Point, and a new cycle/world begins. As you can imagine with such a long cycle, the transitional stage as we shift from one cycle to another isn’t a one day event. We have been in the window of ‘era-2012’ since 1980 and it will continue through to 2016. I came across a wonderful cartoon last week in Aluna Joy’s newsletter (www.kachina.net) that showed a Mayan standing there with the calendar saying ‘I only had enough room to go up to 2012’ with his mate laughing say “That’s really going to freak someone out one day.”
Humanity are freaked out now, but I strongly believe it is not the shift itself that is creating the panic. It is the ‘not knowing’ that triggers fear. The majority of people associate 2012 with the end of the world, and the Chilean earthquake on the weekend, so close to the Haiti quake, triggered that fear even more. People are starting to wonder if the prophecies are true, without realising that the mainstream and Hollywood versions of the prophecies are born of fear and lack of accurate information.
We have to remember that this is the end of a cycle, not the end of the world, and the shifts we are experiencing within us and around us are part of the process. As much as we would love to go from pregnancy to birth with one quick easy and graceful movement, the fact is that most labours are intense and challenging. I’ve heard more than one mother say that at some point she was saying “I want to go home now, I can’t do this!” Yet all the mothers did do it, their bodies ultimately knew what to do even if their conscious mind was freaking out. Likewise, the body of our Mother Earth knows what she’s doing. Our bodies too know what to do in these times. While we can’t all get a manual and itinerary telling us what’s going to happen when, we can learn to trust our bodies, trust our instincts, and trust that we will be exactly where we need to be in each moment and we will know what to do. It’s not until you are in the middle of a crisis that abilities and qualities you never knew you had surge to the surface. This doesn’t mean we all have to experience a crisis, it just means that we are all better equipped to handle crises than we give ourselves credit for.
There is a lot of fear and panic energy flying around now, with people feeling like they have no control over what is going on. This puts us in victim mode, where the shift is happening ‘to’ us. If we can look at it like the shift is happening ‘for’ us, we can experience it in a more empowered way. We can ask, if it is happening ‘for’ us, why is it happening? If it is truly happening to usher in a new era, a new consciousness, a new reality, then what do we want that new reality to look like? Sitting in fear we ask “what’s going to happen?” thinking the worst. Standing in empowerment we can start asking “What do we want to have happen?” and start visioning a new world. It is true that when you have been “shaken like a giant for a minute and a half” as those in Chile experienced over the weekend, and are now surrounded by chaos and destruction, the fact is most people’s thoughts will be on immediate survival mode. It is during these events that those of us who are able to be as conscious as possible, whether we are in the affected area or halfway across the world, continue to be so, in order to help in as clear and constructive a way as possible.
Why is the knowledge that we are the creators of our reality suddenly in the mainstream consciousness?? Surely not because the world is about to end, that would make no sense! “Hey everyone, here’s the Law of Attraction knowledge! It’s time to remember you get to create the reality you want. You can use this for your own life and to change the world! Oh, p.s, you’ve only got 3 years to play with this Law and then it’s game over. Enjoy!” I don’t think so!! Doesn’t it make more sense that perhaps we are remembering and being given this knowledge now because it is the very tool we need to help make our way through the shift? Doesn’t it make sense that it is the very tool we need to start creating the world we want to live in?
We are waiting to find out what will happen beyond 2012. Meanwhile the creative energies of evolution and consciousness that exist beyond 2012, that have already arrived here now, are awaiting us. They are awaiting instruction. They are awaiting our imaginings. The buildings are awaiting the builder. The creations are awaiting the creators. We don’t have time to waste on fearing the worst. The Earth is going to go through whatever she needs to go through. When things happen we can pray and assist however we can, but going into panic or resistance is not going to help anybody. We can go into despair and overwhelm (and with so many people suffering or dying it is human nature to want to do so), or we can do something productive. The best use of our energy now is to ask: What can I do? From there trust that whatever you do is good be it sending prayers, helping bandage someone right in front of you, visualising everyone in new, self-sustainable homes, being kind to people, loving yourself, contributing to a humanitarian project, growing your own garden, hugging a friend, it all counts. People have mocked energetic support as having no use, but at the same time ‘spiritual’ people have not wanted to participate in physical support thinking ‘it must be their karma to be going through that’. We have to let all those old ideas go.
Spiritual/energetic support is just as powerful as physical support. Physical support is just as important as spiritual/energetic support. There is no set ‘right thing to do’. The only ‘right thing to do’ is to follow your own feelings and instincts from one moment to the next. Don’t assume that the right thing for you to be doing is right for everyone, and let’s not judge each other’s ‘right thing to do’. Also, don’t assume that your ‘right thing’ isn’t effective enough or that one person doesn’t count. Have you ever seen a jigsaw puzzle with one piece missing? Every piece counts. We all have a piece of the puzzle, so really there are 7 billion ‘right things to do’. It’s time to go do yours. Earth and humanity need you.
