The Natural Soul: Near Death Experiences
Everyone is fascinated by the topic of Near Death Experiences. What happens when we pass? My friend Barbara Whitfield, an expert, therapist and near-death experiencer, has appeared on Oprah talking about this subject. Barbara is about to release her new book The Natural Soul, containing a wealth of research and real life experiences. The predominant message is that we are eternally alive: our Souls have life before, during and after this incarnation. While our physical bodies may have an expiration date, we, the WE that we really are, don’t ever die. I was honoured to write an endorsement for the book, as follows:

October 2009: Money, Giving and High Voltage Everything
If you’ve ever had an intense healing session, or committed to a major change/pattern break you’ll know that everything related to the issue you want to clear will come up in your face in a big way. It is the moment you finally commit to choosing healthy relationships, that every ex from relationships past, or people like them, knock on your door. It is the moment that you commit to a healthy diet or workout routine, that a reason for skipping your morning gym class comes up. These things are not necessarily a test from the Universe, or cause to get disheartened about your level of commitment or a sign that deep down we all love to sabotage ourselves. They are more of a natural response to your commitment, and a sign that you are committed.
How so? When we truly decide on a deep, cellular level that we can no longer live within a particular energy dynamic, and thus commit to something new, everything not in alignment with the new energy will come up for addressing and release. Say that you decide: “I want to let go of my fears around not having enough money. I want to feel prosperous and abundant.” Well, in order for you to truly move into the ‘prosperous and abundant’ level of your reality field, any part of you that is living on the ‘scarcity and poverty consciousness’ level has to come up so that you can face it, acknowledge it, clear it, heal it, kick it out, love it or do whatever you feel guided to do with it. Unless you do this, any attempt you make to enter the ‘prosperous and abundant’ level will be temporary because your old energy will inevitably pull you back sooner or later.
Now, imagine what would happen if humanity as a collective decided: “You know what? It’s time for a new reality! Yee-haa let’s go!” Imagine what would happen if every individual decided: “Wow we are entering a new reality. It’s time to move up into who I really am!” Going by what we know about the healing process there’d be a whole lot of chaos flying around as we move through the tunnel and out the other side to our new lives. Well guess what? Humanity has made this decision, and most every individual has made this decision. Good news right? Well, in the long term yes.
The problem we have now is, these decisions have been made on our higher levels of consciousness, with most people being completely unaware that they have committed to a new reality. All that most people can see are lives, and a world, in turmoil. Economies are crashing, jobs are being lost, relationships are breaking up and unexpected new ones are being formed, people you used to know seem strange (or you seem strange to them), the house or geographical location you used to call home is no longer yours whether by choice or force, and you have no idea who YOU are anymore. When all that you used to define yourself collapses, who are you then?
On an inner level, all these issues that you thought you had dealt with, or at least had been able to manage, are suddenly rearing their heads louder and uglier than ever. If you’ve had issues with trust, control, anger, asserting yourself, owning your power, looking back instead of enjoying the present, fearing the future instead of getting productive in the now, giving too much or too little, receiving too much or too little, then your life and sense of self over the past year, and especially over the past month, may resemble a demolition site. Although things may appear a little worse for wear and you are feeling more than a little battle weary, the good news is you are being reborn. The bad news you have already discovered: birth ain’t an easy process.
I recommend that you take out your journal and write a list of all the issues that are very clearly in your face right now. What is your higher self trying to tell you? What aspects of you are ready to shift? Your answers lie in your daily behaviour and mood swings of late. Has something in particular been pushing your buttons? Have you gone off at your partner or kids and later wondered what on earth got into you? Have you noticed yourself obsessing about “I should’ve done that instead of this” or “I should’ve achieved x and y by now” and realised how horrible it feels to keep beating yourself up in this way for not being ‘good enough’ or choosing ‘the right path’. Have you realised that as much as you are asking for more support from a partner or the universe, you can’t seem to let go of needing to control everything, or don’t trust that someone other than you will get the job done? Have you exploded like a volcano more than usual and realised that although you believe ‘each to their own’ and ‘everything happens for a reason’ you don’t really like it when things happen in a way, or in a timing, other than what you wanted? Have you noticed the way you communicate your needs could be clearer, calmer or more assertive? Are you tired of your lack of self worth and wish you’d stand up for yourself already? Are you sick of not believing in yourself and ready to do what you’ve always wanted to do?
If you have spent the past month grumpy and upset more than usual with issues popping up left, right and centre, woohooo! You are on the home stretch. This means that you are no longer okay with being anything less than your true, highest possible self. This is not the time to sit in the crappy feelings. It is time to put pen to paper and get conscious about which old patterns are flaring up for your attention. Once you get clear on this, write down what the opposite would be. What do you need to do more of or less of? The more you commit to your new energy, yes the more old energy will come up at first. However, as long as you stay committed to the new – even amidst the inevitable dust sure to rise, the dust will eventually settle and there you’ll be: a new version of your self.
This same process is happening on a collective level. In the US we can see it with the raging debate going on about health reform and we can see it with the unstable economic situation. The majority of people want everybody to have the same right to good healthcare, and for everybody to have the right to a secure job and safe place to call home. As a result, all energies not in alignment with these basic human rights are being heard and seen, louder and clearer than ever.
The other night I watched Michael Moore’s new film “Capitalism: A Love Story”. I cried from beginning to end, with surges of rage and bouts of laughter in between. In it he mentions a quote from the Bible ‘we will be judged by how we treat the least among us’. If this is true, and I believe it is (regardless of our various personal opinions about that particular book and who actually wrote it) we are in for a big slap. Watch the movie.
Among my personal ‘button pushing’ moments this past month, a big one has been about money. I was wondering why certain wealthy people or wealth-oriented people pushed my buttons so much? It wasn’t about jealousy. I know what it’s like to have lots of money, I know what it’s like not to have money. I know that money is purely energy, and the flow of it in your life is 100% determined by how you are feeling and thinking about it, about yourself and about life. Yet, I found myself swinging between wanting to help people manifest their ideal life, including abundance if they so desired, and being turned off by the marketing machine that some of the personal growth industry has become that now seems to use ‘money money money’ as its mantra. I asked my guides, what’s up? The message I received was “Focus on Giving”.
I felt that their message is this: Money in and of itself is not the root of all evil, nor is it the pathway to happiness. It is simply a form of energy that can be gained and used from a place of ego or a place of heart and spirit. You can gain and use it in a way that lessens others to raise yourself up, or you can gain and use it in a way that allows you to follow your bliss while supporting, inspiring or empowering others to do the same. There are plenty of examples of philanthropic billionaires, like Oprah and Bill Gates, who generously use their wealth to benefit others ie they GIVE. There are also plenty of examples of greedy and unethical corporations (ultimately run by people) who put profits above and beyond everything else, and if someone has to die outside a hospital because they don’t have health insurance or are evicted from their home of 40 years because they missed a mortgage payment then so be it!? These people are clearly non-giving in the worst possible way. Money isn’t the problem here, it is a lack of heart and spirit, the moral fibre of our humanity.
At the same time as my guides were talking to me about giving, two synchronicities came my way. My next article assignment for Empower Magazine was titled: The Universal Law of Giving so I am enjoying writing that (will be out in Dec/Jan Issue). In an unrelated event, I was also sent a copy of a book about to be released: 29 Gifts by Cami Walker. (http://www.29gifts.org/) It’s her personal story of the profound healing and life changes that came about when she followed the advice of South African medicine woman Mballi Creazzo: Give something away every day for 29 days. It doesn’t have to be large or monetary. It can be your thoughts, words or prayers. It can be your time, touch or food you make. The only requisite is that you give with mindful intention, from a genuine place of giving for giving’s sake. I started the “29 day Giving Challenge” last week and have noticed several things: Anytime you give with this mindful intention, you receive in return more than you gave. I’m not just talking about the natural good feeling you get from giving, I am talking about tangible unexpected things coming to you; a surge in income, a free movie invitation, a generous gift, a new opportunity. That is not the purpose of this challenge, but it happens, and it just goes to show that the Universe can only give to us when our hands and heart are wide open.
While many of us are natural givers, too often we dismiss our giving as ‘oh it’s nothing’ or we don’t even think about it. I’ve noticed however, that when you give with intention, there is a deeper sense of realisation around ones ability to make a difference, directly influencing your sense of worth – which answers why giving with intention opens the door to allowing yourself to receive more. It takes your attention away from self-pity as you pour your energy into helping others. It makes you appreciate all you have, and all you have to offer.
So, this giving challenge allows you to see yourself and life in a new way. It raises your awareness of your true self-worth, and thus simultaneously brings up all your ‘I’m not good enough’ stuff, and I realised I still have some of that inside me. Most people, especially those with lots of things on their to do list, big ambitions and masses of ideas for creative projects do have this ‘not good enough’ stuff going on. Instead of celebrating our successes we tend to focus on all that we haven’t yet done. To take us back to the main theme of this month, this is one old energy pattern that I’ve had enough of.
The message of the moment is clear: we are being called home to our true divine natures, and to be anything less than that feels downright awful. While uncomfortable, it sure makes it easy to determine what in you still needs to shift up and out. While I encourage you to sweep away the old, keep your predominant focus and attention on the new emerging. When you catch yourself in an old pattern or response, stop, take a breath, and shift gears. If you feel in despair or unsure of your next move: Give Something. One moment at a time, one response at a time, you can and will become born anew.

I started the “29 day Giving Challenge” last week and have noticed several things: Anytime you give with this mindful intention, you receive in return more than you gave. I’m not just talking about the natural good feeling you get from giving, I am talking about tangible unexpected things coming to you; a surge in income, a free movie invitation, a generous gift, a new opportunity. That is not the purpose of this challenge, but it happens, and it just goes to show that the Universe can only give to us when our hands and heart are wide open.
While many of us are natural givers, too often we dismiss our giving as ‘oh it’s nothing’ or we don’t even think about it. I’ve noticed however, that when you give with intention, there is a deeper sense of realisation around ones ability to make a difference, directly influencing your sense of worth – which answers why giving with intention opens the door to allowing yourself to receive more. It takes your attention away from self-pity as you pour your energy into helping others. It makes you appreciate all you have, and all you have to offer.
So, this giving challenge allows you to see yourself and life in a new way. It raises your awareness of your true self-worth, and thus simultaneously brings up all your ‘I’m not good enough’ stuff, and I realised I still have some of that inside me. Most people, especially those with lots of things on their to do list, big ambitions and masses of ideas for creative projects do have this ‘not good enough’ stuff going on. Instead of celebrating our successes we tend to focus on all that we haven’t yet done. To take us back to the main theme of this month, this is one old energy pattern that I’ve had enough of.
The message of the moment is clear: we are being called home to our true divine natures, and to be anything less than that feels downright awful. While uncomfortable, it sure makes it easy to determine what in you still needs to shift up and out. While I encourage you to sweep away the old, keep your predominant focus and attention on the new emerging. When you catch yourself in an old pattern or response, stop, take a breath, and shift gears. If you feel in despair or unsure of your next move: Give Something. One moment at a time, one response at a time, you can and will become born anew.

Mid-Month Monthly Visions: September 2009 - Hold on to your Hat!
Mid-Month September 2009 Monthly Visions: The Tide has Shifted
Wow! When I wrote the September monthly visions (was that just over a week ago!!??) – click here to read http://danamrkich.blogspot.com/2009/09/sep-2009-monthly-visions-shifting-tides.html - I had no idea that the tide was about to shift so strongly with a multitude of planetary forces culminating in a surge of spectacular energy. It is literally knocking us over like a king tidal wave of light and love. For a few days now I have been laughing and being silly feeling like I’m tipsy happy drunk – which I guess I am, however no alcohol was involved. It is quite literally the incoming wave of Source Energy that has barrelled its way toward us and into us that is making us feel this way, and it feels good!
It never ceases to amaze me that supposedly different astrological calendars and numerology patterns often synchronize at the same time. This week we have the energy of 09/09/09 representing endings, occurring on the same day as 1 IMIX, the first day of a new 260 day cycle in the Mayan Calendar representing new beginnings. If you are feeling like a flurry of no longer needed ‘stuff’ is flying out of you, while woooshka an abundance of ‘what is this fabulous feeling’ good stuff is flying into you, and it’s making you feel kinda dizzy in a good way, I hope this random mid-month Monthly Visions helps explain why.
On top of that Pluto, the planet of transformation, death and rebirth goes direct on Friday after spending about 5 months retrograde. Pluto has the reputation of being the hardcore ‘show no mercy’ planet of the zodiac. If there is something in your life that has to go he bowls it over with as much sympathy as a wrecking ball knocking down an old out of date building. However, he is also associated with the Phoenix that rises out of the ashes. Pluto looks like he has no mercy, but he is like the foreman holding in his hands a blueprint for a new, better, more modern building. It is not his job to explain to you why something has to be knocked down, his job is simply to clear the space for the new structure. Your job is to get with the program, the sooner the better (for your own good).
Pluto turning direct is a sign that any buildings that had to be demolished during that 5 month period have been and we are now good to go with the new. (Of course if you have Pluto moving over a personal planet in the coming months you’re in for some errr, interesting times. As is anyone whenever Pluto pays us a personal visit. You can visit http://www.astro.com/ to see if you have any planets around 0 degrees Capricorn, which is where Pluto is now, and if so, if you’re going through a hard time, consulting a professional astrologer or asking for an Astro-oriented Soul Session with me might be helpful.
To add to the theme of the week I was so excited to find out that tomorrow in Santa Fe, New Mexico, just an hour up the road from where I am right now, is the annual Burning of Will Shuster’s Zozobra festival. I’ve never heard of this but it involves setting alight the 49 feet tall Zozobra man. People are encouraged to throw whatever they want to let go of into the fire. Suggested items include hand written notes, diaries, letters, divorce/marriage papers, photos and other flammable momentoes. I thought how amazing is that, that this festival coincides with a week that is completely about out with the old and in with the new!
What a great week to really get clear on what it is you want, and be just as clear with what you absolutely no longer need. For myself, I have experienced such a wonderful opening of connection to the Creator, and to who I really am. I have had yet another level of letting go of indulging in any kind of doubts or worries. Surrendering to a higher source of You, to a higher source of Energy, to a higher plan for yourself than you can ever imagine, requires so much less energy than resisting or doubting. Ultimately in doing so we create space for so much more Source energy to flow into us, resulting in this happy, giddy feeling.
If you aren’t quite feeling it, know that we all go through these phases in our own unique ways, and we don’t all experience the same phase at the same time. All in perfect order and timing.
My guides tell me that the recent ‘tide gone out’ was by no means the last of that kind of energy, nor is this amazing king tide energy a sign that yes we have made it, it’s all happy days from here on in! Rather, we are on a kind of rollercoaster ride with natural ups and downs. Enjoy the ups, and use the exhilarating energy to help you get through the downs. Remember what the ups feel like, they are your natural state of being, and in time, they will become your natural state of being more and more of the time.

There is a very distinct energy occurring now. It is as if the tide has gone out, but is yet to come back in. September 2009 Monthly Visions: Shifting Tides
There is a very distinct energy occurring now. It is as if the tide has gone out, but is yet to come back in. This may be showing up in your life as the disappearance or loss of something that is yet to be replaced; a job, source of income, a relationship, home, geographical location, family, friends, or nearly all of the above. In addition to this, we can include the loss of aspects of our self, parts of our personality that we thought were ‘us’ only to look in the mirror and have no idea all of a sudden who it is we are anymore. Some of you may feel like part of you has ‘left the building’, while others are literally feeling like you have ‘died’ and are floating around in a kind of in limbo state with no real sense of purpose or idea as to what your next move is supposed to be.
These symptoms are ones I have described many times as common occurrences when one is jumping out of the old reality. The strange thing about this particular energy phase is, I am not directing these words to people only just now leaving the old reality. The symptoms I have described above seem to be affecting nearly everyone right now. Whether you have been stuck in a job you hate for 20 years, or unplugged from the matrix years ago to pursue a more creative or spiritual path, it seems that the tide has gone out on us all regardless.
This is causing all kinds of futility, frustration and confusion. Whether you banked on a stock market based on unethical practice or chanted affirmations and opened your heart to allow in continual flows of abundance, the result (on the surface) is seemingly the same. The tide has gone out, finances have dried up, there is no movement at the station, ideas and projects feel to be on hold and the world is collectively holding their breath with a ‘what now?’ question hovering over all of us.
What now indeed. This is the question I posed to my guides today as I went for a walk, wondering what this month’s Monthly Visions would be about. It felt ridiculous to write ‘align with your true self and all you need will come’ because although that has definitely been my experience in months and years past, and it is still true in the ways that matter most, it is not the current whole truth. There is a strange ‘eye in the storm’ energy around now. I am not saying all I need, and all we need, isn’t coming. Truthfully, we are always looked after. Yet, there is definitely a pause in the air. It is like we have inhaled, but can’t exhale. It is like there’s been a hot, humid day, but the rains can’t fall yet and the clouds are heavy. The tides have gone out, and we are standing on the shore asking “Where did the water go?” It is like we have graduated but the expected job hasn’t arrived yet. What on earth do we do now?
So if you have been feeling heavy, emotional, teary, upset, like all you’ve done and worked for has been for no purpose or the purpose is now over and done and complete, if you are feeling lost without an anchor, feeling like your mission is finished and you are waiting in limbo to move on to some new life, there are many others out there in the same boat. You may be finding it hard to establish what is ‘real’, feeling detached from what is going on in the world, as if you are watching a movie screen that is moving farther and farther away. You may be having an identity crisis, having spent years ‘finding yourself’ only to suddenly be discovering a whole other ‘yourself’ that you had no idea existed. You may be feeling yourself wanting to vaguely remember something, but you can’t remember what it is you are supposed to be remembering!!
The world as we know it is absolutely, definitely and totally coming to an end of a cycle. It is like we have been watching, and acting in, a particular play. The play ran for many, many years. It ran for so long that we forgot it was a play. We believed it was our real life and sole reality. We spent so much time on the stage playing our roles that we forgot about our true identity outside the theatre. Now the time has come for the play to end. We are confused as the stagehands come along, pulling down our beloved sets. We feel anxious, scared and a bit nervous as we are pushed out of the familiar theatre into the streets outside, shading our eyes from the intense light beaming down on us. We haven’t seen this light in a long time. We feel naked and vulnerable as we are told: “Your old roles are over. You can go back to being you now.”
“Being me?” you think. “What does that mean? I thought I was being me??” And then you remember. It was a role. A role within a play. The play is over and the need for the role is gone. You are free now. And freedom can be the most disorientating thing in the world for people who have been without it for a long time. This is one of the reasons why about two-thirds of prisoners re-offend within 2 years. What is essentially a blessing and an opportunity, can feel traumatic especially if one isn’t adequately prepared and doesn’t have the required survival tools. Even for those of us who have been prepared, and have an abundance of tools, those of us who knew we were in a play and knew one day the play would be over, this transition, this graduation, is proving to be more intense that many of us anticipated.
We didn’t anticipate that leaving our old roles would feel this hard. We didn’t realise how attached we had become to them. We didn’t anticipate how emotional it would feel to leave the theatre, the familiar space that had been home to us for so long. We especially didn’t anticipate how challenging it would be to re-adjust to our true selves, how much of a stranger our true self will have become to us. It is ironic, it took lifetimes to get used to being here on Earth in these physical bodies, away from what we once knew as home. Now as we return homeward, the journey is raising unexpected emotions as we leave what has become home to go back home. You may even be feeling a sense of sadness and grief, a hurt in the heart, and you haven’t been able to put your finger on why you’re feeling that why. This energy phase is why.
The new reality and new earth is upon us, bringing with it a huge shift in attitude and perception, transforming the world as we know it from one based on a foundation of ‘self-serving’ to one that is more ‘humanity and planet serving’. There are more shifts to come, the waves of energy hurtling toward us are pretty much confirmation of that. People are asking whether we will experience literal earth shifts, and I honestly don’t know. I do know I’ve never felt energy like this before. My hands are instinctively holding on to the sides of my seat as I feel the rollercoaster climbing up to its climactic point, in readiness for the part of the ride that I can only guess will be adrenalin pumping, body-shaking, wildly unpredictable and something we have all journeyed for lifetimes to be a part of. The closer we get to the climactic point, the more I realise I have no idea how this will exactly play out.
Generally I know that we are moving exceedingly fast into a higher vibration of consciousness, and there is no turning back. Energy of any kind, be it within us or within existing systems and structures, not in alignment with the new higher vibration is being purged out, pushed out, released and thrown off the island. It is exactly like the technological shift recently made in the US with the move from analog to digital television. People had months to prepare and switch over, because as of June 12, 2009 anyone who hadn’t switched found themselves looking at a screen with nothing but static. So too, this is our time to switch up into our higher, true selves, because as we move into a more fifth dimensional vibration, there are fewer and fewer opportunities for anything of our old vibration to exist. Eventually there will be zero opportunity, so it’s shift up or shift out.
Every ancient prophecy has given us the same switchover date, end 2012. This is not about predicting doomsday, earth has survived many cycles and she will survive this one. This is about taking that information and using it to help us understand why there is so much change in the air right now, and how to move through that change in as graceful a way as possible. There is something exciting waiting for us on the other side, either that or we are all just nuts for choosing to be here at this time! I also think there is something unknown about that which is waiting for us, otherwise what would be the point of the journey?
So as we stand here during this phase of energy, it’s a good time to take stock of your survival tools because just like the labour preceding childbirth, the waves are going to get more intense as they come and go preceding the birth of our new world. When there is nothing left to hold onto, what will you be holding onto? Love for yourself, your friends and family, trust, faith, living by the truth that is in your heart, appreciation for all you have, gratitude, joy for what is around you, a connection to something higher and greater than you guiding us and looking after us, those are the things that will get us through, and those are the tools I suggest you hold onto when you don’t know what else to hold onto anymore.

The Final Stages of Preparation
Continuing on from my last post, I would like to share the following from Patricia Diane Cota-Robles

Hang on, this too shall pass. I know
people are going through many
challenges at this time, but there is
a purpose and a reason for it. We
are in the midst of an incredibly
intensified cleansing process.
Humanity’s old, obsolete behavior
patterns based in greed, selfishness,
corruption, and fear are responsible
for the global economic crisis. This
distorted level of consciousness is
no longer a viable option and it
cannot be sustained in the 5th
Dimensional energies that are now
flooding in.
Each and every one of you who is
reading these words is intuitively
aware of the need of the hour and
your part in this unfolding Divine
Plan. If that were not the case, your
I AM Presence would not have
drawn this information into your
sphere of awareness. Know that
you have been preparing for a
very long time to assist Humanity
in quickly moving through this
unprecedented purging process.
You already have everything you
need within you to accomplish this
mighty feat. Listen to the inner
promptings of your heart, and
you will know how you can most
effectively participate.
The archetypes for the New Earth
have been anchored in the
physical plane. These are the
templates for the patterns of
perfection that will exist on this
planet when we complete our
Ascension into the 5th Dimension.
The archetypes that are being
activated most powerfully at this
time are the patterns of God’s
Infinite Abundance and Eternal
Peace. The greatest need of the
hour is for Humanity to reclaim
our Divine Birthright. Without these
aspects of Divinity being securely
established in all of our lives, it will
be impossible for the rest of the
patterns of perfection for the New
Earth to be sustained. This is precisely
why awakening Humanity is being
asked to redouble our efforts in this
endeavor. We are being called to
fulfill our purpose and reason for
being on Earth !
It is critical that we all stay focused
on the bigger picture. What is
happening, in a very practical
and tangible way, is that the
archetypes for God’s Infinite
Abundance and Eternal Peace
are expanding through the
physical, etheric, mental, and
emotional strata of Earth. This is
causing everything that conflicts
with these patterns of perfection
to be pushed to the surface to be
healed and transmuted back into
Light. Any person, place, condition,
or thing that is ‘outpicturing’ the
obsolete behavior patterns of
greed, selfishness, corruption and
fear is crumbling away. All we have
to do to confirm this fact is watch
the news or read a newspaper.
There is no destroying energy. We
cannot just say cancel, cancel and
eliminate the past. This distorted
energy, these human miscreations
that have resulted in the shameful
and inequitable distribution of
wealth on this planet, must be
transmuted back into Light. The
only way this will be accomplished
is for Humanity, the Beings who
created the problem in the first
place, to invoke the Light of God
and project it into the surfacing
negativity. This has to be done
powerfully and effectively enough
to raise the energy, vibration and
consciousness of these obsolete
patterns into the frequencies of
God’s Infinite Abundance and
Eternal Peace.
This may sound like an impossible
task, but it is exactly what we have
all been training to do for thousands
of years. This is our moment, and as
the Hopi’s say, “We are the ones
we have been waiting for.”
Because of the urgency of the hour,
the cleansing taking place on Earth
is being accelerated to warp
speed. This purging process is more
complicated and more intense
than anyone imagined. For this
reason, the Clarion Call for Divine
Intervention has gone forth from
the hearts of awakening Humanity
and our heartfelt pleas have been
heard by the Company of Heaven.
Through the unified efforts of every
person's I AM Presence and the
Company of Heaven, the energy,
vibration, and consciousness of
Humanity’s bodies are being
accelerated the maximum we
can withstand in every 24-hour
period. This is causing some stressful
sensations and unusual symptoms
in our bodies. However, our I AM
Presence will never give us more
than we can handle.
The Divine Intent of this acceleration
that is taking place Being at an
atomic-cellular level, is to prepare
us to withstand the highest possible
frequencies for the Activity of Light
that will take place during August’s
Harmonic Convergence. Twenty-two
is the master number that reflects
power on all planes and the ability
to change the course of history. So
it is not by chance that, 22 years
after the initial influx of Light that
catapulted the Earth and all her
Life a quantum leap up the Spiral
of Evolution, we are experiencing
our most intensified cleansing.
Daily and hourly we all need to
deliberately be the Open Door for
the Light of God. We must do whatever
we can to assist in raising our
vibrations and to function from the
harmony and balance of our I AM
Presence. Our unified efforts will
help Humanity move through this
intensified purging process - and
these tumultuous times - as quickly
and as painlessly as possible. The
goal is that this cleansing will be
victoriously accomplished in a matter
of months, not years. You will
know, in your heart-of-hearts, your
specific role in this Divine Plan.

to be pushed to the surface to be
healed and transmuted back into
Light. Any person, place, condition,
or thing that is ‘outpicturing’ the
obsolete behavior patterns of
greed, selfishness, corruption and
fear is crumbling away. All we have
to do to confirm this fact is watch
the news or read a newspaper.
There is no destroying energy. We
cannot just say cancel, cancel and
eliminate the past. This distorted
energy, these human miscreations
that have resulted in the shameful
and inequitable distribution of
wealth on this planet, must be
transmuted back into Light. The
only way this will be accomplished
is for Humanity, the Beings who
created the problem in the first
place, to invoke the Light of God
and project it into the surfacing

to raise the energy, vibration and

Intense and challenging times are upon us. Channelled messages are coming with lightning speed through many people I respect, given to help us through this evolutionary transition period. Some I resonate with more than others, and out of those a few are very similar to the messages I have been receiving - so much so that I feel called to pass it on here on my blog. Both the Message from the Hathors, and the Observations from Tom are, from my perspective, spot on.
Please note, to re-iterate what is made clear below, these messages are not about predicting doomsday scenarios nor are they fear-based. They are more of a practical heads-up with very empowering solutions, a call to all conscious people to get our butts into gear and start turning our individual and thus collective wheels to higher and higher consciousness so that we don't have to crash so spectacularly. Old reality systems are going to crash, but the whole of humanity does not have to go down with the ship!! We choose, right now we are choosing, how this particular chapter ends and how our new chapter begins. I love the analogy Tom uses below, if someone tells you that you have low tire pressure and are heading for a flat tire you don't just sit down with your head in your hands and say woe is me or get defensive toward the person for being negative. You use the information in front of you to do something resourceful like getting your tire fixed.
Now is the time to get conscious, get empowered and steer ourselves and this Earth ship we are on safely through choppy seas!! Simply put, I don't trust that certain elements of our media, governments and corporations have our best interests at heart. Certain elements DO have our best interests at heart, and those that don't are, to put it mildly, not happy Jan!!! (You have to be an Aussie to get that phrase but I think you get my drift). Add to the mix more and more people every day who are awake and conscious and no longer playing the game, and you get a flailing old dragon who is very upset that the people are making a break for freedom. The old system has been set up to basically keep people enslaved to jobs they don't like, to pay bills for resources that could be provided freely, to beg for medicine that treats symptoms not causes of dis-ease, the list goes on. Enough is enough. This is NOT our natural state. Incoming higher energies are waking everyone up NOW. This is making the old reality 'forces' for lack of a better word very unhappy, and the result for a while will be chaos. Don't let that stop you or discourage you or make you feel all is lost! Own your freedom, own your power, listen to your instincts and stay in your HEARTS!! This strange 'battle of energies' is also causing a lot of strange physical symptoms, mood swings, fatigue, weird dreams, anxiety, feeling like you are no longer connected to much of anything, feeling almost like you are floating in another reality. This is all a part of the process, we are very literally smack bang in the middle of a reboot phase of our evolution.

A Hathor Planetary Message Through Tom Kenyon
We wish to speak with you about a dangerous and treacherous passage that you are now entering. We spoke to this in our last communication when we discussed Chaotic Nodes.
From our perspective you are getting closer to the manifestation of such chaos.
There are several reasons for this, which we wish to explore.
But first we wish to affirm to you our belief in the sovereignty of human consciousness. We believe that you can, as individuals and as a collective, change your destinies, even as they unfold before you.
Therefore this message is not one of doom, but a call to presence and spiritual mastery.
As we view it, the H1N1 Virus, commonly called the "swine flu" has been genetically engineered and created. It is not a natural mutation. It is a conscious attempt by the hidden forces behind your governments to control and manipulate you.
It is a social experiment, with dire consequences if they succeed.
The lies, half-truths and manipulations of information concerning this virus are very convoluted. But whatever the outcome, it is clear to us that this was initiated by human consciousness.
And it is also clear to us that it can only be undone by human consciousness. Fear of survival is one of the greatest tactics used to manipulate, and these dark forces shall use every means at their disposal to ensure that fear increases over the next several months (much less years).
As spiritual masters, your task is to transcend this collective mind control and find your own personal pathway through the chaos that will ensue. There are no specific guidelines on how to manage this. It is up to you and your own capacity for discernment. From our perspective, it will appear as if a rift is torn through the very fabric of your social consciousness.
There are those who will side with fear and insist that radical actions be taken including, but certainly not limited to, inoculations. Each of you must make your own decisions regarding this, for you are the ones living in bodies, and it is you who would be most affected.
But we must say to you, from our perspective, that we view these inoculations to be highly suspicious. They are contaminated. They will not protect. They will, in fact, damage the health of many, and they contain crude mind control devices, formulated from a scientific field in its infancy called "nano technology."
Again we cannot, and will not, advise you as to what you should or should not do in this situation. It is your sovereign choice. We are only reporting to you what we see and how we view the situation.
Your economic problems are not over. Some elements of your economy have been stabilized by furtive actions made behind the closed doors of those who hold the reins of economic power. But the system is riddled with time bombs and the stress of increasing economic distress will add to the chaos.
There are many other elements that will escalate as you approach what we have identified as chaotic nodes. But the main purpose of this communication is to present a pathway through the treacherous and dangerous transition that is now upon you.
These are not times for the weak-hearted. These are times that call upon your greatest reserves of courage, insight, and intuition.

But these are techniques, inner technologies for the mind.

But there are simpler methods we now wish to discuss. They are aspects of your very nature.
This "secret of secrets" is quite simply that you are creator beings (both human and divine). This knowledge, as to your nature, has been purposefully hidden from you by your religions and some of your philosophies.
These secrets are, of course, forbidden fruits, for were you to partake of them you would gain knowledge of your own divinity, even as you live in materiality. You would gain the knowledge that you are creating your future in this very moment and in every moment of your life: through your thoughts and your feelings, and by what you choose to think and feel about yourself and each other.
The "secret of secrets" frees you from the imprisonment of human limitation. It frees you from the constraints of your time, place and circumstance. It does this by opening the doorway of your own mind, freeing it from the mental imprisonment projected onto you by those forces which would contain and manipulate human destiny, for their own selfish ends.
The "Secret of Secrets" has four aspects.
One is your ability to attain spiritual insight, or vision, i.e. to see through the lies that are being projected onto you. And to see the "right path," even in the greatest darkness.
Two is your ability to feel. This is the core of the secrets.
It is your greatest treasure, although it is also your greatest quandary. Those who wish to control and manipulate you know that freezing, or paralyzing, your ability to feel anything but the lower emotional spectrum will serve their end.
The third aspect is your ability to speak your truth. For many of you the coming times will demand that you speak your truth clearly, even when it is diametrically opposed to those around you.
And the fourth aspect is your ability to take action. These four aspects are rooted together and are the source of your freedom.
Within the nature of your heart is your capacity to feel and this is the deepest secret of all. For this allows you to change your vibratory field and this is the key to transcending collective mind control.
Although it sounds ridiculously simplistic, the essential truth of these secrets is what you call joy, appreciation and gratitude. Discover the things in your life, the situations, the people, your own thoughts and feelings, whatever gives you a reason for joy, appreciation and gratitude. Cultivate this like a precious garden in the midst of poisonous weeds, for then this garden will grow and give you sustenance.
Paradoxically on many levels (not just emotionally and psychologically but spiritually and even physically) when the power of joy, appreciation or gratitude reaches a certain amplitude or strength, it can literally cause manifestations of physical reality. And so even in the darkest moments, if you hold the spiritual mastery to transcend fear and cultivate joy, appreciation and gratitude, unexpected auspicious moments and situations will present themselves to you.
And, finally, we wish to be clear that these dark times can be your grandest hours. You hold within you the Secret of Secrets. Use them. Pass through the veil into the new world that awaits you. And may your path to this new dimension of being be strewn with auspicious blessings.

Observations from Tom
First of all let me say that the Hathors are, in no way, telling any of us what to do. They are simply sharing what they see in the current world situation.
Prophecies are strange animals. Their purpose is to alert us to possible future outcomes, but they are not written in stone. I sometimes use the metaphor of a nearly flat tire to describe what happens with prophecy.
If you are driving your car and someone brings to your attention that you have very low tire pressure and are on the verge of a flat tire, they are giving you a prophecy. Now if you were to respond to this the way some persons respond to prophecy, you might say "Oh, my God, I am going to have a flat tire and there is nothing I can do about it."
The truth is that you would then be limiting yourself to a very narrow view of possibility. Another more resourceful possibility would be to go get your freaking tire fixed (or at the very least re-inflated). Then you would have changed the prophecy.
Prophecies are, by their nature, meant to be altered. And the power to change a prophecy (no matter how dire it may be) is through our ability to make choices.
But first of all, we have to know that we even have the possibility to make choices.
This is the crux, I think, of what the Hathors are saying here. We have the ability (whether we realize it or not) to choose different vibratory fields than the collective might choose. And higher vibratory fields such as joy, appreciation and gratitude will lead us to different destinies (outcomes) than will fear, anger and hostility.
One of our great challenges is that we have been duped into believing that we have less ability to make choices for ourselves than we innately possess. The Hathors clearly level their criticism for this situation upon the shoulders of religion and some of our more self-limiting philosophies.
These have robbed us of our inherent sovereignty by passing on our responsibility (spell that response-ability) onto some mysterious force beyond our control. The result has been a decrease in our response-ability that has led us, I believe, to our current cultural impasse.
For eons, we have followed our religious and political leaders to the edge of an abyss without questioning. If we continue on this path of blind subservience (without thinking and choosing for ourselves) then we will, I think, enter a deeply dark period of human history. The signs of this are everywhere, if we but open our eyes to see past the mass hypnotic spell that is being cast upon us.
Once again, the Hathors are reminding us to use the methods they have shared to transcend the limitations of our time, place and circumstance. These include Ecstasy and the Heart, the Holon of Balance and the Holon of Ascension.
I can honestly say from my own experience and from the reports of many persons around the world, these methods work.
But we must use these inner technologies in order to gain their benefit.
In this message, however, the Hathors are also sharing a simpler way of stepping free of collective mind control. They call this the Secret of Secrets, and I personally found this section to be most interesting.
I wish I could honestly tell you that I have mastered these, but then I would not be speaking my truth. My truth is that I sometimes accomplish the attainment of joy, appreciation and gratitude and sometimes I fail at it miserably.
I have noticed, however, that when I am in the vibratory field of joy, appreciation and gratitude, I am somehow insulated from the swirling madness of our time. It is as if I am suspended above the conflicts that I was so engrossed in only moments before. And I have also noticed that if these feelings continue long enough, my external circumstances reflect this vibratory field. In other words, reasons to feel joy, appreciation and gratitude pop up all around me through such things as serendipity, and odd coincidences (i.e.,
synchronicities) that assist me.
When I succumb to the lower vibratory fields of fear, anger and hostility (often after watching or reading too much of the news, or simply indulging in my own bad habits of imagining worst case scenarios), I find myself immersed in a world of conflict. Serendipity and joy disappear, and the world that was so full of magic and possibility evaporates before me.
But I am clear that this is all my own creation.
I think the Hathors are sensing a deepening rift between those who choose to live upward in the vibratory states of joy, appreciation and gratitude and those who choose to live in the vibratory states of fear, anger, and hostility: the dominant emotional states currently being projected upon us by our mass media and political agendas.
It remains to be seen what will transpire around these issues in regard to our collective destiny, but those of us who are striving to live upward will, no doubt, find these to be interesting times.
Another way I personally think about all this is as a dance between the art of ascension (living upward) and that of descending (living downward). If I may extend the dance metaphor a bit further, I would say we are all pretty much caught up in the Great Mambo.
Although the Hathors didn't mention this directly, I think one of our greatest allies in these times will be a well-honed sense of humor. After all, from at least one perspective the whole thing is one big cosmic joke, the joke being on us. And certainly those of us who manage to keep our humor intact will have many opportunities to laugh at ourselves, the pathetic stupidity of our leaders and the great dance of Maya (the world of illusion) as she waltzes from the Old World into a new reality.

One of our great challenges is that we have been duped into believing that we have less ability to make choices for ourselves than we innately possess. The Hathors clearly level their criticism for this situation upon the shoulders of religion and some of our more self-limiting philosophies.
These have robbed us of our inherent sovereignty by passing on our responsibility (spell that response-ability) onto some mysterious force beyond our control. The result has been a decrease in our response-ability that has led us, I believe, to our current cultural impasse.
For eons, we have followed our religious and political leaders to the edge of an abyss without questioning. If we continue on this path of blind subservience (without thinking and choosing for ourselves) then we will, I think, enter a deeply dark period of human history. The signs of this are everywhere, if we but open our eyes to see past the mass hypnotic spell that is being cast upon us.
Once again, the Hathors are reminding us to use the methods they have shared to transcend the limitations of our time, place and circumstance. These include Ecstasy and the Heart, the Holon of Balance and the Holon of Ascension.
I can honestly say from my own experience and from the reports of many persons around the world, these methods work.
But we must use these inner technologies in order to gain their benefit.
In this message, however, the Hathors are also sharing a simpler way of stepping free of collective mind control. They call this the Secret of Secrets, and I personally found this section to be most interesting.
I wish I could honestly tell you that I have mastered these, but then I would not be speaking my truth. My truth is that I sometimes accomplish the attainment of joy, appreciation and gratitude and sometimes I fail at it miserably.
I have noticed, however, that when I am in the vibratory field of joy, appreciation and gratitude, I am somehow insulated from the swirling madness of our time. It is as if I am suspended above the conflicts that I was so engrossed in only moments before. And I have also noticed that if these feelings continue long enough, my external circumstances reflect this vibratory field. In other words, reasons to feel joy, appreciation and gratitude pop up all around me through such things as serendipity, and odd coincidences (i.e.,
synchronicities) that assist me.
When I succumb to the lower vibratory fields of fear, anger and hostility (often after watching or reading too much of the news, or simply indulging in my own bad habits of imagining worst case scenarios), I find myself immersed in a world of conflict. Serendipity and joy disappear, and the world that was so full of magic and possibility evaporates before me.
But I am clear that this is all my own creation.
I think the Hathors are sensing a deepening rift between those who choose to live upward in the vibratory states of joy, appreciation and gratitude and those who choose to live in the vibratory states of fear, anger, and hostility: the dominant emotional states currently being projected upon us by our mass media and political agendas.
It remains to be seen what will transpire around these issues in regard to our collective destiny, but those of us who are striving to live upward will, no doubt, find these to be interesting times.
Another way I personally think about all this is as a dance between the art of ascension (living upward) and that of descending (living downward). If I may extend the dance metaphor a bit further, I would say we are all pretty much caught up in the Great Mambo.
Although the Hathors didn't mention this directly, I think one of our greatest allies in these times will be a well-honed sense of humor. After all, from at least one perspective the whole thing is one big cosmic joke, the joke being on us. And certainly those of us who manage to keep our humor intact will have many opportunities to laugh at ourselves, the pathetic stupidity of our leaders and the great dance of Maya (the world of illusion) as she waltzes from the Old World into a new reality.
